KFC — Restaurant in Riviera Beach

Horrible I agree that I am not supposed to get any good experience in any KFC, I know that for sure... in kfc that is not mandatory, but today was even worst than the worst ever.... My order took more than 30 minutes to reach to me, i arrived, i told the kfc person my mobile order name (the app said that it was ready for pick up 5 minutes ago) . The kfc lady ask to the cooker lady about my chicken sandwich order , the cooker lady said that she already prepared that specific order and another lady said that my order was already picked up, then the cooker lady said "I ain't preparing that order again, i already did it and I won't"....

.... After waiting for around 40 minutes to get my food... i started eating, the fries tasted like they were made two days ago, believe me, I have eaten better "left over fries", same thing with the chicken tenders.... it looks like they sell stored food from last week, I know i know, it is all my fault... it is my bad for decide to eat there.... I am sorry I am not doing it again does not matter how much is the cupon that...

I placed a big $40 order and they asked me to wait in the front because they had to cook it. A half hour later, I was still sitting out front so I went through the drive through and had to beep my horn to get someone's attention. The woman said the cook had to leave and there was an emergency and she had to cook the food herself. Why didn't they come outside to tell me? Because that was a bald faced lie, that's why. They forgot about me and had to scramble to fill my order. Why I got home the chicken was NOT freshly cooked, it was old, tough and dry, the gravy was thinner than water and the Cole slaw warm. I paid all that money for garbage and had to sit in my car in 105 degree heat for a half hour for the privilege. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go to another KFC or better yet, Popeyes right...

When we went to this KFC location in the past. The drumstick was extra small, it look like the size of winglets. It appear to taste somewhat old, but this time when we went back, the chicken was fresh, piping hot and the sides. I think it depends on, who is the cooks and what you order. If you order a fill up, I believe the chicken is extra small, but if you order the big box, the chicken are regular and nice size. It depends, if you have lazy workers, your food will end up crabby either way. I say this for future customers, try to pay extra attention to the workers, if they seem lazy, do not purchase because your food will turn out crabby, but if the worker seem more prompt, again its a chance your food will turn out great, also to avoid smaller chicken, fill ups may be a bad...
