Horrible customer service. If you get the order wrong, it's not the customers fault. And to argue with the customer is absolutely insane. We ordered two small snow cones through the drive threw. Ordered a small rainbow, they were out of blue coconut so we opted for the blue rasberry to make up for it, and a small strawberry cheesecake. Order was repeated back, and we confirmed. At the window we were given a large smoothy. Pretty drastic difference in order. Had to knock on the window to get them to return. Explained the order was incorrect and that the item was not what we ordered. This young lady then begins to argue with me. Ask for the receipt and argues with me again. Listen, if you don't confirm the order at the window as you did at the order screen, we as the customer we are going to assume we are paying for our order. So the receipt on confirms that you messed up. I literally had to ask why she was argue with me. Wasn't asking for a discount, wasn't asking for anything free, just simply wanted the two small snow cones my kids had ordered. Once the our actual order was made, the second young lady came to the window, didn't say a thing, just handed us the order acting as though this was all our fault. Not to mention the actual order was made incorrect as well, but we let that go. This could have been handled so much better. You guy really need to work on your customer service. It's not the customer fault if you guys don't have your system in order. And very inappropriate to treat us...
Read moreI have been to this Bahama Bucks location five times at all different times of the day. Unfortunately, it is clear that the young adults working here are not receiving adequate training. There does not appear to be anyone in charge. Customer service is very poor due to lack of training. Most recently, I ordered a Dr. Pepper with tropic creme and vanilla in the drive thru. I was handed a drink without any Dr. Pepper - it was carbonated water. I had to come inside the shop. There was only one employee working and when I let her know the issue, she verified that the machine had run out of Dr. Pepper. She went to the back for several minutes and eventually said she doesn’t know how to change the cartridge. She did not offer any solutions or otherwise offer to make it right. I asked for a Coke instead, so she gave me a Coke. There was no other offer made to make it right. It’s not a complicated business. These young employees could be capable of running this business, but not without any training on how to solve customer problems and how to run the machines. Overall, my impression each visit is that these young adults are not being trained and there is...

Just left the establishment out of pure irritation of the blonde gal taking orders. I ordered a small bomb pop. Firstly it took a while for them to make it. It seemed a few of the staff members were friends with a large crowd and were preoccupied chatting it up with a couple tables (so much I overheard their conversations about what managers were saying on some app and how so and so wasn’t even trained, etc.). When my order was up one of the older guys with dark hair told the blonde gal that she should just put a different pop on it. I could hear it from the table I was seated at. When I went to pick it up sure enough there was a watermelon pop. Not what I asked for. So I asked the blonde gal if she could get the bomb pop I had ordered. She automatically said “no, that’s what you get.” And then stated “we’ve run out of a lot of things and this is what you get.” However all the orders before me got their bomb pop. Instead of her reconciling she was dismissive and snarky. Rude, at best. I told my husband we should just go and I barely even touched it. I was so...
