Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Roanoke

I placed an order at 6:22pm with a 33 minute estimated delivery time. At 6:43pm, the tablets updated letting me know they were inspecting my pizza which is the last stage before delivery. By 7pm when no pizza had arrived and the tracker was still stuck at 6:43pm, I called Domino's store #8495. No one answered after a twenty minute hold. It is now 7:22pm. I then called another local Domino's and she explained that they're probably busy due to the current specials. No excuses. Then I read a recent review which said they waited an hour and a half for their delivery as well because the location only had one person making pizzas. I guess that explains why no one bothered to answer the call. Finally, the tracker updated at 7:29pm stating my driver is on the way. She arrived at 7:40pm. She didn't apologize for the wait nor did the store to make amends with anything free. After waiting that long, I would've at LEAST thrown in a soda in hopes to restore faith in shopping at that location again. Of course, I will never spend money at store #8495. And honestly, since each location is overwhelmed because of the ongoing, continual specials, I'll take my HARD EARNED MONEY to Pizza Hut or Papa John's with similar specials. Service 0 stars with a attitude was told it will be 15 min till food was done I asked why it just said prep on my side she finally told me about the oven mind you already waited 40 mins at this point for 2 medium 15 min pizzas and only live down the street at that but I was still calm still just asking if I can get them still but get my next order discounted she proceeded to say no I’m not arguing with you all I did was state I waited 40 min plus the 15 more I’ll have to wait and she said there is one driver so taking in consideration of that I would just like a discount on the next order didn’t see a problem when it wasn’t my inconvenience and I wasn’t made aware of that making my order !! Made it even better when she hung up on me proceeding to say no her or anyone else wasn’t doing that for me either I get the pizza or not ! I wouldn’t give any stars if google didn’t make me.. this store is absolutely ridiculous, no customer service skills what so ever, slow, they don’t update their tracking times at all. Placed an order at 7:09, checked at 7:49 and it was still being prepped, keep in mind the delivery time said 34 minutes before placing the order that’s why I decided to order… called the store and the manager answered and didn’t even ask me my name or what my order was and said “uh it’ll probably be another 30-40 minutes” I said how do you know that if you’re so busy and you don’t know what my order even is or who I am, he said well “it would move quicker if you stop talking and let me get off the phone” all I was trying to figure out was if it’d be quicker if I picked it up, if it was going to be forever so I could just cancel or what was going on.
