Hardee’s — Restaurant in Roanoke

Food at this restaurant is very good. Eat lunch there daily. A while back I had a problem with the way the food was just thrown in the bag: for example: fries or onion rings literally in the bag with its empty container lying on top. I addressed this with the Manager it stopped for a while. Again, it has been happening daily for a while.(pick my battles,; it obviously doesn't matter if their customers are satisfied) However, this evening at approx. 7:05 p.m., was the last straw with the customer service. The shift manager, (I assume) since she was wearing a different uniform than the others. was rude, and very argumentative,. When I pulled to the window to tell her there was obviously a problem with my order because I get this same order daily and the price should be 11:52 not 15.78. her immediate reply was, I think I know how to take an order. in which I said, I wasn't implying you don't, just that something isn't correct. in which she replies, well if you lose the attitude I will fix your order. Long story short..... she continues to tell me 3 times I have an attitude. I can assure you I never had an attitude until she said it for the 3rd time, in which I replied, "no mam, never had an attitude, just explained there was a problem, but with your continual rudeness and implying I'm the one with the attitude, now I am getting one, and I will be speaking with your supervisor Monday morning. So with that said, you can cancel my order. I then drove off. Said all that to say, The customer service at this particular Hardees is the worst I've ever experienced . They certainly lost my business. Not that it matters to them, but one day, it just may.. You don't treat people rude and then try to turn it around on the customer. I had to choose a star in order to post my rating.... but If I had my choice it would certainly not gotten...

EXTREMELY unorganized and unprofessional! I ordered in the lobby and was the only person in the lobby at that time. A rush came and I watched approximately 10 orders be handed out ahead of mine. THEY ARE THROWING TICKETS AWAY AND NEVER GIVING OUT THE ORDER SO KEEP ASKING FOR YOUR FOOD OR THEY’LL LET IT SIT AND GET COLD!!! I watched them pull a receipt out of the TRASH CAN and proceed to put it in the bag with someone’s FOOD, but they couldn’t grab my own ticket! The manager and her mighty team of drug addicts were raising voices at me and accusing me of theft (example: I already handed that order out) but if that was the case how was my special order still sitting there for 15 minutes getting cold? I will NEVER give another penny to this incompetent establishment and you shouldn’t either. This is the SECOND time this exact scenario has happened to me so it’s clear that no evaluations or improvements are being made when mistakes occur. Went by the Hardee's on Orange Ave. There was 1 car that had just ordered and pulled up when I pulled in. Placed my order, Frisco Burger Combo, small, with diet coke. Sat for 10 mins waiting in drive thru. The car in front of me was asked to pull forward to wait. I was given my order and drove away. The diet coke was almost pure soda water, no flavor. The fries were literally COLD to the touch and soft, like that had just been thawed out and put in the fry box, the burger patty wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese and the bacon was BLACK. $11 COMPLETELY WASTED! I'm sorry, but if I'm paying that much for a SMALL sized combo, I'd at least like my food edible and to be able to drink my drink. I literally threw the entire combo away. DISGUSTING! And for me to actually leave a review...it has to be BAD because I never leave bad reviews, I've worked in the food industry myself and know that sometimes things happen. But this is RIDICULOUS!
