Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Roanoke

It seems lately that every fast food establishment always leaves out something on my order or messes up my order in some way or another. Not Jimmy John's in Roanoke!! They always get our order correct. On our most recent order, we ordered 5 different sandwiches. Every one was exactly as we ordered, all the way down to condiments, cutting in half and labeling each sandwich to the correct person. We actually called JJ's and spoke to Justin, their manager. He seemed surprised that we calling to say thank you and tell him what a pleasure it is to order from them because it's always right. It has honestly been awhile since I've been to Jimmy John's the last time I was there was many years ago the location was in Lewisville the entire reason I went honestly was to get Sprouts in with my sandwich which from my past I've only known Jimmy John's to do that well when I asked for Sprouts they informed me that there was none at that location so I was pretty bummed I got one of their Giant Subs that I shared with my kids that with drinks chips a ranch dip sauce for the side and a side of peppers came out to almost $30 which I was very surprised technically that's one meal with a few extras the bread was kind of hard the ingredients were fresh and good I do not honestly plan on going back...

The delivery and quality is always on point! I came in 2 weeks ago for lunch though. 2 people were working a man and a woman. My day wasn't going well. Just left the doctors office. Feeling depressed. Both of those people made me feel like life goes on again. I felt important. They weren't fake respectful or a kiss ass. It was genuine.
