Robbinsville House of Wings — Restaurant in Robbinsville Township

I called on Sunday knowing it was going to be busy. The employee picks the phone up asks me what I want. I started to tell him and he asked me if I could hold. Sure no problem. I just happened to be shopping in the same strip mall. I stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes and could hear them talking in the background about football scores, DoorDash, how busy they were.....so when I finished shopping I walked down to the house of wings. There was one customer in there. I approach the employee who answered the phone and told him to pick the phone up. When he realized what was going on he said sorry sir we are really busy. We are 30 minutes out with orders. I hold my phone up and said had you taken my order it would have been ready right now. He didn't bother asking if I would like to order. So I walked out. This is my first ever negative review on a business. The wings are good but not THAT good. Dave's Hot Chicken will be open soon I will take my business there. And for anyone ordering through DoorDash even if you pick it up it cost about 5-10 dollars more than if you were to call the phone...

What I received: 1 Spicy Buffalo Bowl 1 regular bbq bowl (no ranch) 1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake 1 sprite (had to ask 3 times)

Pros: tasty decent location friendly staff cool vibe

Cons: took 20+ minutes for 2 bowls overpriced ($43) got my order completely wrong dumped an entire bottle of sauce on my chicken ( I love a good sauce but it’s not enjoyable when the ratio is 5 sauce to 1 chicken) had to ask 3 times to receive the drink I purchased would like a better chicken to fry ratio

Has very good potential they just gotta get their orders right and the time...

Fantastic spot. Robbinsville needed this! The location is very clean. And the service is out of this world, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even if I had 10109282 questions regarding gluten free choices and flavor recommendations, they handled everything with a smile. Now to the food — fantastic. The portion sizes are great, especially compared to the price you are paying. I tried the smash burger and the Honey BBQ wings. The honey BBQ was to die for. And the smash burger had a house sauce on it that was delicious. 10/10 will be making this a...
