Big Chic Roberta — Restaurant in Roberta

3/9/22 Visited Big Chic again after i swore i never would. The last time i was there about a month ago, the black attendant was rude and did not honor my request. Yesterday my daughters wanted it. I warned them but they were craving it. Called order in for 3 wing special fresh and fried crispy. NOT WHAT I GOT!! I can see if you were giving the food away, then you could give the customers whatever you want. However, I spent $33.00 of my hard earned money. Not to mention I am traveling 20 miles to and from to get to Big Chic! My daughters both called and said the food was disgusting old, cold, hard fries. Chicken had been sitting under light and had so much flour batter you couldn't even see the old hard meat. When given my food the same black girl was there and i heard her tell the white girl this is her! Which makes me believe this was done intentional due to the issues i had had previous with the black attendant. Was going to bring back for a refund but opted to dispute with my bank. Not wasting anymore time and gas! Threw the food in the garbage and went to Skipper Johns. I can honestly see why your customers are rating you a 1 on reviews and the customer service is just as bad! I will spread my experiences via word of mouth to everyone i know! You have definitely lost someone who could have been a loyal customer.

Came from Fort Valley to patronize this business. First off waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Placed my order and when I returned home, my order was wrong. Called business to inform them and a young lady answered; stating she was new. I asked to speak to manager, she comes back to phone stating you can bring it back. I informed her that’s not an option when i traveled from another city. The new employee hung up on me, without me speaking to management. Called back and the “manager” supposedly answered and was very nonchalant about the situation. I wasted $10 and gas for some old, hard dried up wings and a breast, that I didn’t order. I will never spend another dime there!!! I will definitely be using my word of mouth and discouraging anyone who may want to eat there. Worst customer service and management I have ever...

The food was good but the service, not so much. I had to lower it a star just because of the service. Online it says they open at 10:30, we arrived at 10:35. We walked in and the place looked closed, all the mats and chairs hadn't been put down yet so I made the comment "oh they aren't open yet" a worker replies yeah we are, give me a minute. After she put down all the mats and the chairs, we stepped up to order and during the whole process the cashier just wasn't very friendly. It was almost like she was bothered by us being there that early. We ordered a Blazzin Buffalo fries with ranch on the side and another Blazzin Buffalo fries as it comes. My wife just doesn't like it when things are overly loaded with ranch, that's why she orders it on the side. As you can see on the pictures I had more ranch on mine than the "on the side" but they charged us extra for asking for it on the side. ?? We were sitting there waiting for our order to come up and I hear my name called, we were the only ones sitting in the restaurant but I turned around to say right here. When I turned around, I notice that she had just set our order on the counter for me to come and get. This is a very small place and they had at least four employees I could see, I would think she would have taken the extra six steps dropped off our meal and ask if we needed anything else. I know this is a long review but it's important for people to realize that this small town restaurant feel is not to be had here, it's more equivalent to a fast...

Seems as if customer service isnt what it use to be. This is the third bad experience we have had in the last four months. We use to get great food and great service. On our first bad occasion, we ordered from the drive through. We had a order for six people. Got the order home and realized we were short an order. Called and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude about it and said there was nothing they could do. Second bad experience, also from the drive thru. Pulled up and we had to wait for the two gjrls to finish their conversation before they helped us. When we did get our food, the grease was soaking the bottom of the boxes. When we asked for a bag, we got the rolling of the eyes. Got home and the fries looked like they were three days old. Tonight, same issues. Rude employees and crappy fries.
