Master Bathroom Quartz Installation - A Total Disappointment

I had high hopes for the quartz installation in my client’s master bathroom, but the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. There are noticeable gaps between the quartz and the trim kit in the shower which the installers tried to cover up with excessive silicon creating a sloppy finish. The installers cut the hole too large. The vanity backsplash was not centered on the plumbing. When I reached out to the owner which was the installer, he agreed to correct the issues.I was ignored for 6 weeks. I drove to his place of business and he refused to speak to me.
