Subway — Restaurant in Roberta

The only reason I am giving a one star is because of the little boy who was there today was very rude and unprofessional. I was not rude to him and he popped off at the mouth then he messed my son's food up and didn't put his banana peppers on his sandwich. Best believe I will not be back if he is there. If I am not rude to you you will not be rude to me. Plus last week when I went I had cold chicken but the nice lady who works there fixed it. He's there today and this shouldn't have went the way it went. But best believe his manager will hear about this. I go in there every week and I know everyone and I joke up with everybody but not this guy he is new. As long as he is in there unless he changes his attitude I will not go back...

Not the best of Subways. I had requested black olives and the employee scraped the bottom and I received more olive juice than olives. When I asked for more, she stated that she'd have to go in the back to get more. Like she didn't want to. I said that I'd wait. Then, theyvarevout of ice and out of straws. If I would've saw the rating that they received from the health department of an 82 I would've went somewhere else. The only place that's open late in the area. Unfortunately, there is only one person working, so it's extremely slow since they have to make the food and handle the transaction at the register. The individual did the best they could being the only person (would be 1 star but they were swamped and the one person handled it well, considering) but the owner should be ashamed to have only one person late at night. For SAFETY(if they value their employees) and customer service purposes, however this may not be their concern since they are the only food business...
