So I'm giving a two just because there have been times they haven't let me down but, more times than none, they do. We waited in line for about 30 minutes before pulling up to order two banana splits. When we finally got to the window, the lady very rudely asked are we ordering food. We reply no, two banana splits please. She barks back, we are out of ice cream. No apology, no acknowledgement of disappointment, nothing. Read moreGoing to start this off by saying I have not always been a fan of this DQ since customer service is hit or miss. But recently I went and met Juan an employee who I believe has since moved up. He is the BEST THING to happen to this DQ. He is friendly, understanding and willing to listen to and fix any issue you have with the food/etc. He takes pride in his work. I have seen him on numerous occasions take his time to speak to customers and make sure that their needs were being met. Even kids. He is such an asset to this DQ. I think if they ever get rid of Juan I will finally quit going. This is the 1st time this DQ has actually been a great place to go...
Read moreI always have a good experience when Heather is there. Food is fresh and correct, all condiments are given without even asking! However my last experience was pretty awful. An African American lady (she didn't have a name tag) was super rude for no reason. In the middle of my order she just stopped talking. So I drove up to the window and told me the amount, when I wasn't finished ordering. Half of the items I requested she said they were out of. I pulled around to park and wait for my order.
