Doesn't even deserve a review. Just doing this to warn other diners. My husband and i went to this Pizza Hut last night. Our daughter had just bought her first house, and we were delivering a kitchen set to suprise her. We drove an hour from our workplaces to get to her new home in Rochester. After a visit we were starving. It was 9:15 and we saw on the door that Pizza Hut stays open until 10. While looking at the menu, the blond woman at the register told us that there was no waitress, so we would have to order to go only. We thought it was strange, since we were giving our order at the register. We were told again that due to lack of a waitress the dining room was closed. We ordered, and sat in the empty dining room to wait for our food, wondering why we couldnt just eat in the dining room. When our food was ready, we had to request plates, napkins, and cutlery. Since we live about 45 minutes away, we were going to have to eat in our vehicle, in mid December. While we sat, we watched the staff drive off. Apparently "no waitress" is a metaphor for "We want to go home early" Worst customer...
Read moreMy family of five made a stop at this location to hit the all you can eat buffet before heading to North Conway. Coming from Massachusetts, this was the location we knew had the yummy buffet. The cost was a steal at $11.99 which also includes salad bar and sweets. Drinks are separate.
We were greeted immediately by the hostess/waitress and was asked if doing the buffet. Yep!
We were shown out seats and went straight to the buffet. It might like small, but there was plenty to pick from for pizza selections. And all was all hot! My choice was cheese and it was so cheesy. Yum. Salad bar was great too.
My son loved the abundance of breadsticks. The waitress always gave us refills of our waters without asking so that was great.
Would definitely come back next time.
Oh. One star taken off for the restroom as my son mention the water wasn’t working so well to wash his hands. He had to use hand sanitizer...
Read moreOut of towners looking for a place to eat on our last day of vacation. This pizza hut was what a top 5 star pizza hut would look like. The place was super clean. We learned that the manager was our waiter. I asked before I knew he was the manager if it was by design that he was out here by himself. He was running the whole thing (bussing tables, taking orders, seating people, etc) . The poor guy had a few call outs and one on vacation. He only had himself, a 16 year old and another person. The three of them got thru all 6 tables that were here flawlessly. You could not tell they were short handed. 15 individuals and I'm pretty sure we all walked out happy. I know we did. The breadsticks were delicious, and the pizza was perfect and not greasy. Maybe he should come to upstate ny and teach the pizza huts around us...
