Starbucks — Restaurant in Rochester

This starbucks used to be okay, but they've had some new staff recently, and it seems that no one can make a drink correct here anymore. I get at least 3 drinks a week, and nothing has been correct in over a month.

They are also horrible at checking for mobile orders, I used to get there, and my drinks would be ready. Now I have to tell them I placed an order and wait typically 10+ minutes for them to make it (fairly simple orders). I've started placing long before I leave home and it's still never ready. Turn mobile orders off if you aren't going to check it.
