Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rock Falls

Hello it's Pizza Hut yum! We did have a snag though but I am only sharing so you as a customer can be proactive. When placing our curbside order I was never asked the make of our vehicle (I should have caught that.) Needless to say the girl came out with our pizza after we called when we arrived to pick it up, walked past us to the next car and gave them our pizza. I noticed confusion so I called over, "Is that for Kelly?" She says oh yeah and takes the pizza back from the people in their car (with no masks on) and hands it to me. Ok. Wouldnt have been a problem but those people opened our pizza in their car full of their family and looked at it. The Pizza Hut employee had to have seen this and still gave me the pizza with the top not properly shut and the seal obviously broken. She then proceeds to tell me they had pizza and pasta and apps so you would think common sense would dictate when she comes out with just a pizza and not your full order. Anyway they rectified it and made us a new pizza at no charge which was nice to do. I think management needs to get it together. Help out or train your employees instead of taking advantage of young kids that will work for nothing. The poor girl doing take out was clueless. As we waited for our pizza to be made she came back out and wanted us to confirm we had already paid her in cash. We hadn't! So she was also going to give us $20 on top of a free pizza. We were honest. The employee was very, very nice and it was obvious she was really trying. I think she was doing the best she could but her simple mistakes are a reflection on how she was trained. Giving us the opened pizza was a bit ridiculous but I truly believe she just didnt know what to do. Again, management could step it up in my opinion. Otherwise, it's Pizza Hut. It was good as usual. I was visiting from out of state in March and pre-ordered three personal pan pizzas. I picked up my order at said time ready, 10:30AM. I arrive and the place is all locked up with ONE employee inside, another employee could have been behind the scenes, who knows?! But whoever the male was (grown man) that acted as if he was in charge really needs to take a few courses in how to serve your customers in any situation. I arrived, the door was locked, when the male finally opens it there was NOTHING said to me. Unlocked the door and seemed upset to be at work that morning/day. I questioned their open time because when I pre-ordered on the website it read as if the store opened at 10:00AM, not 10:30AM, I didn’t expect the response he gave me, I was shocked. I was told he couldn’t explain the website as that had nothing to do with him and that his job was within the store, WOW! He was rude until I shut him down and told him I would take up with Corporate about his horrible attitude towards customers. He literally giggled. I grabbed my bag and turned to walk out, he waited until I got to the door and then he hollered out, so sarcastically “You have a great day now!” Horrible personal pans as well. The toppings consisted of two pieces and were terribly cold, for picking up the first order of the day! I would NOT recommend this place. Yesterday, my husband and I ordered the new cheesesteak pizza and we asked for it to be golden brown because lately when we order pizza it’s always doughy and taste like it’s not fully cooked. We also ordered honey barbecue, boneless chicken, wings and breadsticks. We got the food earlier than the designated time which always nice to see. The breadsticks and the boneless chicken wings were fine however look like it was barely cooked and extremely doing, and I request of golden brown did not happen. Toppings look like they weren’t even cooked & cold. We ended up throwing it in our oven and finish cooking it because it was cold and doughy. I was going to call and complain however, my husband was hungry & did not want to make a fuss. We simply just dealt with it. I honestly would give zero stars if that...
