Ouzo's Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Hill

My family and I have ordered from Ouzo's numerous times and every time the customer service is as bad as the last time. The past two times I have tried to call and order and the phone was busy for over an hour. When I finally got through I let them know that their phone has been busy for a long time just to make sure they were aware in case there was a phone issue. Their response was yeah we know we took it off the hook because we were getting too many calls. I mean... really?! Couple weeks ago I called in a pepperoni pizza. Got there and the girl who took my order immediately was the same one who brought out the pizza and realized it was just cheese. She apologized and asked me if I wanted them to make another one. Well of course I did because I wanted what I ordered. My kids and I had to wait which if you have young hungry children, you know what a headache it is waiting. Finally got pizza with no offer for customer discount for their mistake. This will probably be the last time my family goes here. Excellent food but poor...

My family and I have been eating at Ouzo's for years. The last few times I have ordered carry out, my orders have been wrong. When ordering, I ask to have my order repeated back to me. I normally order a small turkey sub with lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar only. I specify no cheese, no mayo, no tomato. I ordered the same thing this past Saturday and it was made as requested. Ordered two orders of turkey subs today 1st order - small turkey sub with lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar - no cheese, no mayo, no tomato, 2nd order - small turkey sub with lettuce, mayo, cheese, oil and vinegar - no onion. Went to pick up my order - 1st order had cheese and the 2nd order had onion. The kitchen remade the 1st order and my fries were burnt and the cook added tomato. I'm not sure where the miscommunication comes from or if the cook does not read the orders throughly. Maybe there was a different cook this past weekend. Almost gave this place 2 stars but they actually have pretty good food it’s the service that’s horrible and it’s not that they’re impolite they seem to just always have new people and always get orders wrong it’s always a drink forgotten on my delivery order or a cup of sauce lift out ...so I decided to pick up this time I walk in see what I think is my order on the counter stand in there for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged and then I don’t know if it was my food there on the counter the whole time.. other people went in and out as I stood there right beside the register waiting to be acknowledged .I did get a polite apology which I always get when something goes wrong but it never seems to improve or am ever offered any compensation.Too bad they lost a good one this time I live right beside the place but just can’t deal...
