Worst Atomic by far.
We ordered two PLAIN Oatmilk lattes from this young lady. We had to repeat the order THREE times and when it came to the total, she said it was about $5. My husband asked if the amount is correct and she said yes. When we told her that it seems low for two cups of latte, she told us to wait and after checking the order, with a âI donât care faceâ she then told us itâs $11. We paid, waited and got our orders. Luckily I took a sip right as weâre about to leave, and found out that we got the wrong order. She gave us Chai lattes. So we told her that and she just gave us this look like WE were in the wrong! She told her colleague and had her come up to the window and asked us âARE YOU SURE YOU DIDNâT ORDER CHAI LATTES?â I had to raise my voice and said WE DONâT DRINK CHAI LATTE SO WHY WOULD WE ORDER IT?? So then she said âokay, I just had to make sureâ and headed back in and made our order. We shouldâve known. It was so quick. When we got our drinks, they were at room temperature. Which means the milk wasnât even frothed. We were so fed up that we just drove away and ended up reheating out drinks in the microwave at home. We just wanted two plain oat milk lattes. Was that too much to ask??

   Read moreI've been a customer here for a few years, and the service and customer service have significantly declined. The drinks are inconsistent; I had to stop ordering energy drinks and switch to coffee because the energy drinks were often too thick with syrup or tasted like water. Today, I was charged $7.50 for a 16oz coffee with no substitutions. The employee didn't give me the card reader to sign, so I suspect she added a tip for herself. I didn't notice until I got home and don't want to go back to resolve it because the staff are unfriendly.
You really need a manager on duty, better training, or just to hire more decent people. Whenever I'm waiting for my drink, the employees are always swearing, gossiping, or complaining about the cleanliness of workstations. If a drink is wrong, they get visibly angry and make the situation worse. Donât get me wrong, you have maybe 1 or 2 good employees, but they definitely donât make up for the bad.    Read moremy drink was all good but what set me the wrong way was the fact the girl at the window rolled her eyes after she saw i didnât put a tip đ . thatâs not how you should react when you donât get a tip. i work in customer service and we are allowed to receive tips from customers if they want to but itâs never guaranteed cause itâs only cash tips. when you donât get a tip you should just shake it off and not let it ruin your day. adding on, lately they havenât been making drinks right. theyâve been using what are called âpremixesâ for certain drinks. one i know for sure is the rainy day and it just never tastes right when they use it. it tastes like it has no flavor whatsoever and is watered down a ton. for paying almost $5 for a drink i wanna be able to enjoy it and no have to worry theyâre using gross âpremixesâ when all they have to do is pour...
