Edit: it’s truly about the staff that runs a McDonald’s in determining if you’re going to have a good experience or not . There is a young blonde girl that works here early at 5 a.m. and she does not care about her job at all. Name may be KS or Sidel? I typically stop here about three days a week as I work two hours away into the city. I’ve come across this girl a few times now and she’s never very pleasant . today she worked the cashier drive-through and the food menu. She told me to be patient after I ordered and so I was . This morning when I got my typical sausage burrito with hot sauce and an iced vanilla coffee, The burrito was still half frozen . Whatever she’s having a bad morning I get it . It wasn’t until I started drinking my iced coffee when all of a sudden I felt like a thick hair hit the roof of my mouth drinking out of the straw. I’m refusing to swallow my mouth full coffee while trying to get whatever it is out of my mouth without getting coffee everywhere. I finally get this object that came up through my straw and it appears to be a long old slimy piece of lettuce. I am livid and don’t find her lack of motivation in her job appealing. I think at this point if I hear her talk in the drive-through I’ll just keep on driving. Not worth wasting my time nor my money.
Otherwise , I absolutely love the older early morning crew at this location. They are always so polite and thoughtful! Plus they make the best French vanilla...
Read moreWe stopped in here on our way home.from.my niece's graduation for a quick bite to eat. We stood at the register for at least 10 min before anyone came up to help us. Then we waited for at least another 20 min for our food. The lady in front of us waited for 45 min for her food. Her food was cold when she got it. It looked like no one knew what they were doing. They had multiple orders that they were behind on all around. I asked door my money back and left without our order. I told her that we didn't have time to wait any longer because we had to get home. I feel bad for the Manger that was on duty, but they need to know what they are doing and keep up at a fast pace. It is a fast food restaurant and customers stop in there for a fast meal. We've stopped at this location before without any problem at all. It was also not clean and there was food and trash all over the floor everywhere up front by where you pick up the food...the bathrooms were not very clean either to tbst extent. Read moreThe Kiosks are a pain. Not user friendly. They don't match up with the boards behind the counter. What could be easier?...You see a number 7 up on the board. Can you find a number 7 anywhere on the Kiosk?...Nope!! You guys have geeks who have both feet in the netherworld writing software. You are supposed to test this stuff out on focus groups aren't you? Who made up your focus groups...more geeks? You need somebody like an accountant to review this stuff for logic errors between the store and the kiosk....Seriously! And you could do some work on your simplest hamburgers, too. Of course that was lunch. We stopped for breakfast, also...2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Hers was great! Mine was hard and dry.
