This is a review on their brunch. Starting with the Yogurt/cheese/fruit tray. The cheese and bread spread were the stars of the plate. The entire dish is pretty good, but the bread and cheese alone was worth it. The daily special of french toast was fantastic. There was a lot more on the plate than we expected, and it was satisfyingly delicious. Paired with a few of the sliced bananas from the cheese plate, really added to the dish. The eggs benny was fantastic. They nailed the hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were a little different, but it was refreshing to have something other than generic hash browns or diced potatoes. They were small whole potatoes with an interesting spice. I've been here for dinner a few times, so Im no stranger to how high the bill can get, but that was not the case at all for brunch. Three entrées, and the cheese/fruit plate brought my order to $59, which is just insane for the quality of food. Compared to other comparable restaurants in the Rock Springs area, Eves is hands down the best in town. Onto the service! Every staff member there is incredibly nice. We had a young gentleman serve us, and he was on top of everything. Polite, and very helpful. I truly appreciate good service, and I hope if you dine at Eves you tip accordingly. Thanks again to Eves. It can be hard to find a place in Rock Springs thats worth the money, but its easily spent here. Between the fantastic food and the outstanding service, Eves shines above the rest.

The atmosphere is charming-- fresh flowers, pretty glassware, and clean linens. The new elements of carpentry lend the space a more natural, airy appearance. The menus are professionally printed on paper (perhaps an indication that the menu updates will be seasonal and comprised of more than white-out over the former price). The staff are dashing in black pants, white button-downs, and small aprons and their courtesy, timing, and grace is uncommon in towns like ours. They know just how long to linger for a chat, when to refill drinks, and when to bring the next course. The food is excellently prepared with a focus on flavor. The combinations of herbs and spices and the parings of proteins, grains, and vegetables are indicative of an experienced, knowledgeable chef. The desserts are also expertly considered. The homemade mint ice-cream tastes likely a freshly picked sprig. You won’t find a more welcoming atmosphere in town and you certainly won’t taste anything more delicious than the options at Eve’s.

Enjoyed my dinner at Eve’s. The restaurant I located on a golf course but is a separate business that clearly focuses on quality food. We tried several appetizers including the house plate, peaches, smoked salmon, and shrimp and scallop cakes. All were good but my favorite was the shrimp and scallop plate. Had a ribeye for my entree and was impressed. The cut was good quality and what really impressed me was the seasoning. It was a lightly black peppered rub which gave a delicious crust over your cooked to order steak. The manage the steak done was with a thermometer and my steak was properly cooked to my order - Med Rare. Service was excellent and server was personable and friendly. I would be happy to eat here again.

My husband and I decided to eat here bc it looked like one of the nicer restaurants in town. The building was a bit rundown. We were seated immediately upon arrival, but no one came over to our table to even bring us water for 10 minutes. In the meantime we were sitting there sweating bc the AC wasn't on, so I went out on the patio to check the temp out there. It was about 20 degrees cooler, so when she brought us our water we ordered martinis and salads and asked if we could sit outside. She told us the building is owned by the county and they refused to turn the air on. After sitting outside, another girl with short hair wearing yoga pants came over to our table and took the other 2 chairs and moved them to the table next to us without saying a word. We weren't using them, but it was just strange that she didn't even acknowledge us. Our drinks, salads, and bread came out very close to each other, so we ate our salads before the bread. The same short haired girl came over and took our bread plates off of the table, again without saying anything, before we even had a chance to use them. Not sure why she was so gung-ho about taking everything from us. I liked my martini except that there were chunks at the bottom (probably from the olive juice), but my husband's had an odd sweet taste to it. My husband had the Caesar salad. He didn't really comment on it, besides asking me what was on top. I tried a piece and it was a parmesan crisp, which was really good. I had the anoixi salad, which was delicious but there was WAY too much dressing on it.. I think it was just olive oil. For our mains, my husband ordered the filet and I had the lamb. Both were well done on the outside and raw on the inside (my husband ordered medium) He said that his steak was good quality meat, but had no seasoning on it. My lamb was the opposite - way too much seasoning. It's a good thing I like pepper and spices. My husband wasn't impressed with the sides for his dish (rutabaga mash and chard) bc he's more of a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but I liked all of the sides. We each ordered a glass of wine when we ordered our mains, but they didn't come out until we were almost done eating. Our waitress apologized for the delay and said she forgot about them. She was really nice, but clearly not very organized. We sat there for almost 2 hours and there weren't even 10 tables in the whole restaurant between the 2 waitresses. While the food concepts are great, the execution and service is lacking. It may be expensive for that town, but luckily it wasn't expensive compared to what we are used to being from Denver. I give...

I SO BADLY wanted my experience at Eve's to be great! And I'd say it was very half and half. We went to Eve's for a special occasion, specifically to have a "nicer than usual" meal. So we had a decent sized party of about 9 people. We were put behind a wall, which was nice for the privacy... buuuut I think since we were out of sight, we were out of mind for our waitress 😬 it took FOREVER to get our orders, our drinks, our food, and the tickets. We were there from 11am-2pm 🫠 she was a nice girl! But that's a long time and we had other things we needed to do that day. Anyways I got the eggs Benny, which the hallandaise sauce was AMAZING! But my food was cold and my eggs were overcooked so no yolk for me (or my sister lol). And it had taken so long to get my food that I couldn't send it back or get a new plate because we had already spent so much time there. My brother in law and I had ordered coffee and it was SUCH a let down, the cups are much smaller than a normal sized coffee you would get at a restaurant (actually ALL the drinks were much smaller but I digress) the coffee was so bold and bitter, no options on flavored creams, so we had to load up on sugar and heavy whipping cream just to drink it for the caffeine. And these little cups of coffee were like $4 so I was expecting more but oh well lesson learned. On that note of tiny cups, I got my son a Shirley Temple that was itty-bitty and packed with ice for $5 🫠 and the mimosas and bloody Mary "pitchers" are NOT what you expect for a standard sized pitcher. And then getting the receipts correct was a nightmare and a half.no we did not receive a discount for cold and overcooked food

So all in all... the food IS good, but cold and over cooked. The drinks are very small amounts and way over priced compared to menu food items. The staff was kind of inattentive but nice when they came around. The atmosphere was nice but the wall made our waitress forget us. The time spent there was absolutely ridiculous even for a big party size.

Would I go back to Eve's? Mmmm idk probably not for brunch though.

Oh and my son has autism so he's super picky eater 🫠 not a lot of options for him like...
