Treaux's Cajun BBQ - FOOD TRUCK — Restaurant in Rock Township

I waited for a month for these guys to come to our office and really wanted to like this Food Truck - but it was disappointing! I spent $11 for some jambalaya that was just a little bigger than my cell phone and very soupy. The level of spice was just OK - really had hopes it would be better. Came with a plain, dry, thin slice of bread. They were all out of BBQ by 11:15 (truck came at 11:00) and had no desserts, either. Was looking forward to some authentic Cajun and nice bread pudding! Happened upon this truck at the 370 Park festival Sept 18, 2021. Wonderful people and fantastic food! We loved what they had available. Apparently, so did everyone else. Ribs so tender they will fall off the bone. Mouth watering pulled pork and a host of other things. Cant wait to find this truck again to try more of their selection. $11 and over one hour wait for a cup of Uncle Ben’s rice, two chunks of chicken, and an untoasted, unbuttered slice of Aldi bread.

$8 for a half cup of room temperature, flavorless, pork served on a stale smushed store bought hamburger bun.

Honestly, I felt like I got scammed. A complete waste of time, money, and calories. I would recommend...
