My husband and I been to this place few times already. And every time we go and eat here or drink the waitress name Liz is very rude and disrespectful kind of waitress. First time I been on this place I ordered a coffee and she thrown a dirty spoon in my table.

the second time she was being so rude to my husband and the third time we went to eat a pizza. And I ordered a ( mini pizza) and she bring me medium size pizza. So I said I didn’t order a medium pizza I ordered a ( mini pizza). she answered ( I couldn’t tell what you are saying) and then she said she is going to charge us for a small pizza instead of medium pizza. Okay, fair enough. after we ate, my husband ask her to have the left over pizza to go box. And Liz the rude waitress didn’t think we should get a take home box. Her co-worker said of course we could.

my husband said why can’t we take the leftovers pizza even though we paid for more than what we intended to order in the first place.

And she gave us a bag for the pizza and she said now you have dinner, on “the down low”, like we were getting something for free. my husband and I are so mad at Liz Because she is not only rude she Also has an attitude problem. Which is very bad for business, if I am the owner I would choose a good friendly and kind waitress or bartender in my restaurant or bar. So me and my husband will never return to the restaurant ever until that waitress Liz no longer...

A little late on this post but This place is amazing and just like I remember it.

I have been coming here for over 30 years. Brought the family on their first trip to Branson this last Christmas.

I have raved for years how I have not found any pizza that is remotely close to how good this place is. Let alone, I was super happy to see the same ownership/management was there as it was when I was growing up. Pretty awesome for the kids to play same arcade games I did growing up and the hospitality shown made everyone from my wife and kids to the in-laws feel just so at home. Father in law even stated he would make this a weekly Friday night spot if we lived in the area.

Planning another family vacation in November and everyone is talking about how they want to come back and enjoy the amazing food and hospitality the Pizza Cellar...

The guy waiting on the group bday party was phenomenal, the food was amazing and all was great, until the last 30 seconds we were there. With very recent major back surgeries and sporting a full torso clamshell brace, we were heading toward the door to leave. Like a sweet little gentleman, my 5 year old son waited by the door until I got about 8 feet from it. He then opens it for me to exit safely. A female worker began belligerently yelling at my son extremely loud and well beyond what is acceptable. I politely asked her to not yell at my son for opening the door for me. She angerly mumbled while turning and walking away. We had a fabulous time otherwise. Maybe she was having a bad day but you don't treat customers like that and never talk to children like that... especially when they're doing a good deed (at 5...

This was a very casual but good experience! It was very slow when we went and we sat ourselves. I pretty much instantly noticed the plastic tablecloth was stained and very beat up, it had lots of holes. Still, the pizza was very good, we got a medium half all meat and half pepperoni. It was definitely a good amount for the very reasonable price. I will say we were handed foam plates with one napkin on it instead of real plates, which is partially why I give this 4 stars not five. It might be a casual joint but that doesn’t mean you should give guests foam plates, especially considering how slow it was. There were maybe 2 other groups the whole time we were there and we were just a couple. Besides that, I really enjoyed the food and through the decor was all over the place and strange, that was definitely part of the charm!

We have relocated from the Chicagoland area to Northwest Arkansas and have been searching for tavern style pizza. We have found it in the Branson area. We did take out due to recommendations in review about it being smokey. I didn't see anyone smoking, but it had an older smoking smell. It is truly a basement that you walk down into, so it may be from past smoking. Service was great, fast, and friendly. Prices are great too. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Garlic toast also was right on with expectations for a tavern style.
