TX Burger Rockdale — Restaurant in Rockdale

6/15/25 UPDATE went today when the owners previously sent me gift cards equally to 20(after I spent 50 when they messed up on last order) it was my kids and I and we went inside to order to go. Anyways we ordered 3 combos that added up to almost 47.00. I used that $20giftcard and paid rest on my card. First off Noone knew how to even use the gift card that was sent to me as it was like a certificate on paper. 2nd issue was that it's funny that my kids atleast got their food right, but mom did not. When we ordered the lady ringing up our order asked if we wanted cheese added to the 2 bacon burger combos. I said yes. I even paid for the cheese to be added for the 2 combos. When we made it home to eat, I was so hungry at that point that I was just wanting to eat. About halfway thru my burger I noticed there was no cheese on mine. I just ate the burger and felt it would even be a waste to attempt to call back on this mess up as apparently their quality checks haven't changed and they are always going to F up my orders. I give up trying here. Smh.

I've lived here 5 years and used to go every week, but I've quit because within past year they have been screwing up all of my orders, or will forget something. I've ordered thru them to have food delivered and they forget to give delivery driver all my stuff. When I called about that they claimed it was a doordash issue when the order was made thru them and not doordash. The issues were never made right, no refund or anything. At this point they owe me money for these constant "mishaps" but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. I NO LONGER GIVE THEM MY MONEY FOR ANYTHING AND DO BOT ORDER FOOD FR THEM. The quality of the food has also decreased majorly and the burgers don't even taste...

This place was terrific!! First of all, they have REAL BEEF! None of that soy, or whatever it is that burgers are made out of in today's world. Our order was taken by Briana, and she was as nice and as helpful as one could hope for. She even let us know that TX Burger thought enough of the Veteran and military community to offer a 50 percent discount on our order. I have not personally seen that anywhere! I could tell it meant a lot to her to let us know this, as her husband is currently serving in the Army. Her respect and good heart was evident. This really made our day trip to and from East Texas back to Austin end on a really good note. Keep doing what you're doing TB. All Veterans should know about you, and I'm going to do all I can to let my fellow brothers and sisters know about what you do for us. It truly made us feel appreciated. Considering we stopped at a Chick Fila in Hutto for a quick breakfast grab, no discount at all offered. I just thought the contrast was sad. Chick Fila won't get any more of our business. Can't say that I've ever had a worse experience at a restaurant in the history of ever. Was working in Rockdale, and decided to give them a try. I was the 3rd vehicle in line at 10:48 AM. It took about 25 minutes for vehicle #1 in line to get their order. I would have left already, had I not been blocked in by the vehicle behind me. "Maybe that 1st vehicle had a giant order or something?", I thought. 15 minutes later I finally placed my order and got up to the window, where I paid, was handed my drink, and told, "thanks have a nice day." To which I responded, "...but I haven't gotten my food?" "Oh yeah...we're still waiting on it." 10 minutes later I was told to pull around they would bring it out. So I pulled around to the rear and waited. And waited. And waited. After another 20 minutes, I went inside to be informed that it would be another 20 minutes. I threw my receipt in the trash and told them to forget about it. It's not like I ordered something weird that required longer wait time. I ordered a #1 with cheese, fries, & a Sprite.
