The worst experience I've had in a little Caesars. Took forever to order. There was no line. Girl at the counter was incredibly rude. 30 minutes later, when I inquired about my order of 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage pizza, I was rudely told that I'd been told there would be a wait. *I was told 15 minutes. She then left before I could tell her never mind, just refund me. At this point, there were about 7-10 other people waiting as well. I saw very few gloves in the food handling. I saw no hand-washing. I was at the place, allegedly, known for quick pizza, and waited FIFTY MINUTES for burnt pizza with no sauce and no cheese. By the time I received my pizza, it was 650pm. They were tossed (TOSSED) on the counter AT me. I was not named or called. By now, there were about 16 folks in waiting, including folks that ordered online. This place is on the way home from my daughter's extracurricular activity, so I would probably have been a regular had the experience not bee so ABSOLUTELY GID AWFUL. Instead, i'm very likely never returning to any of the branches of Little Caesers in the Rockford/Machesney/Loves Park area as none of them have been even passable, really, but this experience truly ruined it. We used to frequent the store in our last city. We don't have sky-high expectations for this place, but sticky floors, rude employees (though I only interacted with the one, so the others may have been fine, I don't know), wait times long enough to order from a more traditional, sit-down restaurant, and the general apathy have stopped that. The kids are bummed, but they don't wanna wait an hour for bad pizza, either, when we can order a good pizza in the same time frame from the local place down the street. I can't believe that a GM/DM would allow a store to get this bad and have SO MANY horrible reviews. Maybe management or whoever does the hiring should be looked at too. If you are craving a pizza & would like it in a hurry Don't go here or any of the Local Little Caesars locations bcuz you will be waiting for over a hour and half just to get half of the order and wait another 45 minutes for the rest of your order. Only for them to have made the wrong order. So long wait times, wrong order, and poor customer service on top of No Crazy Bread, No hot & Ready Pizza s. And Employees that act like they don't know how to make a pizza or anything for that matter. And then they are rude to the customers. There's no supervision, So they talk & speak as if they are in the streets or at home instead of the work place. What ever happened to greeting the customer when you walk into the store. It took him 20 minutes to come from the back and take a order. There was a line all the way to the door and you expect the customer to wait for 20 minutes just to take the order and another hour to fix a pizza. It's so unprofessional and frankly I don't know how they are in business cuz I know I'm not the only one to leave a bad review. Some of the other customers were saying that they were calling corporate but I'm sure it will fall on Deaf Ears. Read moreUPDATE!!! The place still has not gotten better. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE hire more people. Enough to where people are not over worked & quit. Sometimes I see new faces and then they're gone. You guys Are advertising crazy puffs but I'm Guessing I'll never try them because at night no new items and no Italian cheese bread. The workers there are playing around in the back and on their phones while it's a lobby full of people. It takes 10 minutes just to place an order.
At this point the place is a lost cause. Idk if you're not training your employees right or nobody cares. I'm just gonna say nobody cares because this time Amber helped me and she's been there like 10 years. She knows what extra extra is. or she should at least. Usually it's the skinny White girl with glasses that's racing around not caring how food looks or taste. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask & PAY for extra extra i don't get it. Im so sick of calling and complaining, bringing food back and doing surveys. I understand food costs BUT IF I'M PAYING GIVE ME WHAT I PAY FOR!!!!!
