Subway — Restaurant in Rockford Township

There’s one lady who has to be the slowest person I’ve ever encountered. Not only does she move slow but she has a bad attitude and can barely comprehend orders which is even more frustrating having to repeat yourself 5 times. Though the store opens at a certain time you usually can’t order until until about 15-20 mins after opening due to her not even being set up. No food in the display case. Oven not preheated. Just ridiculous. Oh and I even found plastic in my soup. Went back a week later and seen she was cutting plastic the soup comes in over the container and said out loud “ so that explains the plastic I dang near choked on” she looked at me and continued doing what...

I bought a Italian bmt and after receiving my sandwich I realize it had not been warmed up so I ask if I could get it warmed thinking she would take the veggies off first. and then put them back on, but she warned it with all the garnish on it. When I seen the lazy service I became angry and decided to bring it back the next morning thinking I may get better service. But no such luck!
