Dos Amigos Taqueria — Restaurant in Rockton Township

Even though I stand by my original post about the food being great, Dos Amigos severely disappointed me on my last visit. After eating, while we paid, my card declined, then my friend attempted to pay with his card witch also declined. Even though the error was on their end, I was treated with hostility and was told it was still my card until someone from the kitchen came out and fixed their credit card machine. I was then charged for my friends meal and my friend was charged for mine and there was no attempt to rectify the charge to pay the correct amount. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed that a place with such good food treats their customers so poorly, even though the customer did nothing wrong. This has forever placed a stigma on Dos Amigos and I will more than likely not return.

Every time I call them, they don't answer. They're also only open like 4 days a week (not Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) so I'm not sure how they stay in business when they're closed on the busiest days of the week. My coworkers stopped there before work and brought in some burritos. Admittedly they were actually really good and would recommend them.. if you're able to find the time to match their odd schedule. Wish they would be open more often and would answer...

What kind of place only takes cash only I'll tell you what does businesses who aren't paying the right taxes and are underpaying their employees that's who. Do not ever give money to this place doing illegal practices and trying to make a business while other people are doing the right thing and getting screwed over these people need to man up and pay their taxes and start using other forms besides...
