Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rockton Township

Food was not even cooked called asked for a replacement on oct.3, ladie was apologized and said that we would get our order replaced that it will be in the system under my phone number and name. I called the store to asked for the replacement, the lady answered kinda rude and put me on hold right away for 4 minutes by that time I was still on hold walking into the facility. She asked me was I here for a pick up.I said no.I'm here to get my order replaced.She said you need to place an order.I said no I need my order replaced.Well, you're gonna have to hold on.There's only 2 of us.I said no problem as I'm sitting there.There's actually four of them at the store... she finally comes up to the register, asked me for my phone number is gave it to her 3 times she went in the back had the other girl working come back 4th time asked me again for my phone number...manager on duty come back with a with even more of a attitude saying she ain't going to do anything for us because she wasn't the manager on duty I said to her that should not matter it's just a replacement not a refund.... nasty words where exchanged and the manager i'm on duty and 2 coworkers a male and female came around the counter as if they wanted to assault us. So even more words were exchanged.. the manager alsonstated don't worry.. I have her address like if she was going to come to my home. Police were called! I did not feel comfortable knowing they had my personal information witch im sure is also against policies. At that point she threatened me.. This place is unsanitary. People on shift were wearing pajama pants. Sweatshirts bandannas with picks in their hair. Dirty shirts did not look like they were sanitized at all. I'm sure that's against policies. Did file a complaint with corporate....Hopefully this papa john's restaurant get some better training, especially when it comes to customer service and sanitation.Health department should definitely...

Tasty, hot, fresh with pretty quick delivery. I ordered the Papa Pairings deal where two or more item are $6.99 each. I ordered around halftime of an NFL noon game on a Sunday and received the order before the 3rd quarter was over and the estimated delivery was 34 minutes so about as expected or sooner. I ordered the Pepperoni & Meatball Papadia with extra cheese (very meaty and delicious- and I was not charged more for the extra cheese either - nice!) and the 10pc Honey Chipotle Chicken Poppers (which had plenty of sauce on them and in the box and just the right amount of spice - I like spicy but not so much that it takes away from the flavor). There was enough food to share with another person or three, but I was solo so I saved some for lunch tomorrow.) The delivery driver was also friendly and courteous. The only negative is the $4.99 delivery fee, which kind of makes it hard to want to give a bigger tip to the driver. Still gave $4.00 for a tip since my brother (RIP) was a delivery driver for years and I get how much hard work they do and I like to tip - personal preference. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Papa John’s. I placed a large order totaling nearly $500 the day before and was told I would receive a confirmation call in the morning. That call never came, so I had to follow up myself. When I did, the girl who claimed to be a manager had no idea about my order, said the time I requested wouldn’t work, and didn’t even bother to apologize—then hung up on me!

Shortly after, another woman called back, claiming to be the area manager. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, she just made excuses, insisting she had listened to the call and that I gave the wrong time. At no point did anyone acknowledge their lack of communication or attempt to make things right.

To try to speed things up, I even offered to pick up the order myself instead of having it delivered, but that didn’t seem to matter. I also asked for a receipt to be emailed to me, and instead of doing that, she said the delivery driver would bring it.

This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I won’t be ordering from Papa...
