Nastiest fillet. Tough and disgusting. Paid $176 for tough steak. Told the manager and she split. Do not recommend. Prime rib was gross too. Disgusting 🤢 In response for your lies. Your server never checked on us once. I was not intoxicated, nice try to justify your unprofessional conduct. That fillet was tough and no flavor. My friends prime rib was the worst one he ever had. Don’t worry we will never er eat there again. This place has really went downhill. Been coming here for over 25 years. You never stopped but :1 second and left without listening to me. What a joke. I left a $35 tip on gross food. I did not ask for anything off my bill. You should be ashamed of yourself laughing with the table next to us and treated us like second class citizens. Total lies. experience sucked. I wish I could give 0 stars. I left your nasty food and went to McDonald’s after. Quarter pounder was better than your gross food. In response of trying to make look stupid. I grew up here and moved 1,000 miles away so I I cannot be a regular customer. But I always enjoyed eating at your establishment when I visited my family. everyone at my table 100% agreed you did not stop but a few seconds and I was not mumbling. I think you are used to old regulars telling what you want to hear. This is the only time your food was not up to par. I tip waitresses because it is not their fault the food was nasty. We received a gift certificate and were excited to go. All the good reviews I was hoping for a relaxing evening with good food and drinks. That was not our experience. First the parking was awful, we could barely get back in there as cars were parked all crazy. The lot is dark and spaces not very well marked. When we walked in first thing you notice is the gaming, a turn off for us. If we wanted to go to a casino, we would have gone to a casino. We waited a few minutes but were greeted nicely. We were seated at a very small table for 2 and felt packed in, and crowded, it was dark and loud. Our server was friendly, I wish I could tell you her name but couldn't hear it. I started with a bloody mary, it was awful. Tasted like watered down tomato juice. Opted not to try any other drinks. We ordered, and headed to the salad bar, it was small with few options. Lettuce was not crisp and not very cold, radishes were water logged, dressings not marked well. We returned to the table to find two plates with a piece of garlic bread that were nothing special. Seemed to be just like the texas toast you buy at Walmart, just toasted on the grill, tasted like it as well. This table was so small and full with only 2 small plates and 3 glasses, it added to the crowded in feeling. We ordered a ribeye and the king crab legs. His ribeye was supposed to be medium rare, it was medium well. The crab legs were not very hot, and were very salty. The vegetables were so soggy. I was so disappointed. At this time I just wanted to go. It was not the relaxing time or good food we were expecting. We were packed in like sardines, and heard every bit of the conversation of the table we were on top of. Very disappointed tonight. Used to come here often. Met friends here for my birthday dinner. Server was very nice but went down hll from there. People behind us came in long after us and got there food long before us. Alligator bites were horrible. My prime rib was half the size it was supposed to be and just a big blob of fat but was offered at a" kids price". What? All the steaks were over done and horrible. My husband sent his back but owner put it on the bill,plus price for 2 salad bars and 2 potatoes.My friend had arranged for them to come sing happy birthday early on but was just to embarrassing. We will miss it but will never go back. Owner was very argumentive and lost 4 good customers tonight who will share our experience with others. Our server was the best part and we felt bad for her.

In response to your reply.. Lies!! You allowed a blob of fat be served as a slice of prime rib.I was never told it was the last piece till I saw it was all fat and no meat. You only gave me a piece of meat to cover your short coming after I said I didn't want it. My husband did take a bite of his meat and it was not medium rare by no means. We waited way too long for our food. We never once blamed our server or made her responsible. She was tipped well and we never made it her fault,the fault was on poor management.The whole experience from excessive long wait for food,to poor quality food to your lack of taking responsibility was on you.
