Not Even A Sing Rate----- Worst place and horrible manager or owner, don't know customer service at all. Here comes 4 main reasons as following. Owner/Manager treats customers differently. He claims that they don't bring the food to customer and customer should go to cash register to pick up food. I understand that. My kids have been in skating classes for more than one year, and we have been eating there for a lot of times. Every time we saw him to bring food to some customers, but others not. Don't know what's the reason, maybe discriminations! Owner/Manager don't know customer service at all, very very rude, very bad attitude. When you try to suggest him that you should treat your customer equally, he can swallow you up. I have been working in company here more than 7 years for customer service, this owner/manager is total a jerk. If this is famous national restaurant, I suggest he need to be changed, he ruined the owner/manager's title and reputation of the company. Owner/Manager can change the price right away when you went there several times for the same thing. Late when a different staff works there, the price will be different. Money is his everything. Food is just so so. My daughter likes cheese pizza. But when tastes it, it's worse than the one we purchased from department store, too sour!!

I go here a lot before and after my hockey practice. Food is good and well portioned. Sometimes can be a little expensive but the good service makes up for it. Have been short anywhere from 5-40 cents two or three times I remember and they’ve pardoned me the spare bits of change then. Since then I have made sure to tip them the same amounts I have been pardoned, back and usually give them the extra change if there is any. Overall I really enjoy this restaurant and recommend it for people to try when you are in the area for hockey tournaments etc. Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 4.5/5 Overall a really kind group of people running the restaurant and I don’t know what the bad...

Really impressed with this food service! The meals are always fresh, tasty, and well-portioned. Super convenient during or after skating and the customer service is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you want something easy...
