One of the worst "restaurant" experineces I have ever had. My wife ordered a fill-up box, but got home to find the wrong order, as well as old chicken, fries, and mushy mac-n-cheese. I was next to her when she called to tell them, and was met with a very rude and angry voice on the other end who asked "and?.. what do you want me to do about it". My wife told her we wanted the food replaced or a refund, and the lady said to bring it back to the restaurant or there was nothing she could do about it. So I drove the food back to the restaurant to find the doors locked with a sign that read, lobby closed. I went through the drive-through and waited my turn. I told them that I had called about a wrong order, and was angrily told to drive up. At the window I handed the food to the older lady who yanked it from my hands, and shut the window as I was trying to tell her what was wrong with it. Several minutes later she came back and asked "what sauces did you want". I told her, and she shut the window back. While watching them remake the food, I watched as a separate employee loudly coughed into her un-gloved hand reached into a food cabinet to make an order. I then immediately asked for a refund, and said I didn't want the food. The lady asked why, and I told her what I just saw. She angrily said "whatever" and asked for my receipt, which I gave her. She then refused to give me a refund, because I didn't have me wife's card. I asked to have the refund in cash, and was told, we don't do cash refunds. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me she was the manager. I asked for her name and was told, "I'm not giving you my name. We don't wear nametags for a reason". I informed her that I have a photo of her, and will attach that to the report I make about this visit. She took the receipt and shut the window. She nearly threw the food out the window when she came back, but I was already on the phone with customer service when she yelled at me "here's your food. And if you post that picture of me all over town I'll sue you", and then slammed the door shut. When calling in the complaint to customer service, I was informed that the lady who was so rude to my wife and I was possibly thr owner. Very disappointed to hear this, and hope it is not the case. Read moreI redeemed an offer on the KFC app that stated if you ordered 5$ or more you received a 3 piece tenders box for free. I placed an order using app. The order showed an error message that order was not received. So in the parking lot of KFC, For some crazy reason, this location doesn't let anyone into restaurant after 3 pm. So, I placed order again. This time the app said order placed. I go to order speaker and explained that I had to place 2 orders on app because fist gave an error message. They said drive up to pick-up window. As I'm wating to get to pickup window, I look at app and it looks like 1st order has now gone through and 2nd order is in progress. I get to to pickup window and explain what I have done and tell them I only want 1 order. Please cancel one of the orders. I was told by the manager, Debra, that she could not cancel the order in progress. I would have to do it in the app. She would not give a refund for the 2nd order. I asked her where on app I could cancel order. Debra said she didn't know with an attitude. Same attitude she has had for years. Not a good one for someone dealing with public. Another employee walked up and tried to help. But couldn' find anywhere on app to cancel 2nd order. He suggested calling corporate and asking for refund. So I left with only the 1 order even though I had paid for 2. After going home, I decided to go back and get the other order I had paid for. I get to KFC and tell them Im picking up an order I placed on the app. After giving my name, Debra, the rude manager, says she recognizes me from before and doesn't have any order for me. I told her the app has charged me twice and I want my 2nd order or my money back. Debra, the rude manager, tells to pull up to pick up window. I pull up to window in less than 10 seconds. Was not busy at all the lady at the register never greeted me, when she saw me walk in rolled her eyes an slowly packed the order ahead of me. She walked in back an left his food open an just sittin there for 10 mins. Came back with nothing so why did she leave. When she finally took my order she was so rude an over charged me for 2 buffets an i was alone. Then the food was terrible! Had no chicken asked for someone put some out they waited for me to wait for them to only put the chicken out after i had choose other things to eat. The food looked an tasted as if it was yesterdays left over just sitting an stuck to the heated pans.. Everything was Terrible!!! Will never go back.
