Oh man, where to start. First the drive through order system was not reporting to the screens, either of them. The lady taking the orders was having a complete conversation on the other side and none of it made any sense. She asked us for our order about 6 times, it wasn’t complicated. 3 kids meals and 2 regular meals.
Second, we went inside for the restrooms and I had my little girl with me and she was going to come with me to the men’s room, it was out of toilet paper and the dispenser was falling off the wall. We went to the register and I informed them that didn’t have any toilet paper for the men’s room and my little girl needed to go. The cashier “let someone know” and I stood there for a few more minutes with zero interaction. Finally I just knocked on the ladies room door and let her go in and kinda hoped for the best.
After about 10min it had still not been restocked.
Third, we finally get ready to eat and the adult meals were missing the fries. I went inside again and they brought out 1 medium fries, then I said there was still more missing and they brought it out. I had to ask for ketchup as well because it was not offered on pick up.
Everyone, and I mean everyone working at this location that I interacted with seemed lethargic and somewhere else.
There were cars “pulled ahead” at the drive through for 15 minutes waiting on food. It was crazy.
Also the sanitation grade was covered by the table markers so I couldn’t see what it was… I’m kinda afraid to know. Corporate McDonalds needs to do a random...
Read moreIt was horrible was asked not to pull up to the 2 nd window so another car could get there when the car @ 2nd window left , so I waited employee holler s out the window for the car to come on, but another car that was waiting @ curbside park backed up to it. Then employee yells for the car to come on back but no they were on the phone and evidently didn't hear them so I proceeded forward to 2 nd window and manager came to window and asked me to pull in a park I said oh heck no so I pulled forward and car behind me stayed @ 1st window and a man whom was parked in a curbside pickup park got out of his car & walked to 2nd window and still no food nor car in front of me that was there when I came to 1st window still sitting there then manager yells out window for me to back up now to window and person who was with me had got out & was smoking a cigarette while we were waiting almost done with it when I was asked to back up she just walked to the window and got the order then employee tells us to tell the car in front of me to back up to the window I was like yeah I hope the hell do & left needless to say during this time 2 more cars were evidently told to pull over also. don't know what was going on but it was like employee/ manager was to lazy to walk out & deliver the curbside pickup order, shouldn't have been scared of nothing because 2 RM pd were in the parking lot when I was there with full view of the drive thru. Read moreMy son and I stopped here, it's a full McDonalds, but shares the building with a Service Station. We ordered two Fish Filets and went out to the car to eat and continue our journey. My sandwich was fine, but my son's sandwich's bun was hard. I took the sandwich back in and explained to an employee that the bun was hard and I would like another. The manager on duty took the sandwich stating "I know exactly what happened, I'll take care of it". She then went to the back where I could hear the muffled sounds of what I assumed was her giving some quality corrective instruction to someone and when she returned she handed me a bag and apologized for the situation stating that she made the sandwich a double filet and put some fries in the bag as well. All in all a great experience seeing the way the manager handled the situation. She made sure I was compensated for my troubles and was very professional in doing so. I wouldn't hesitate to...
