Pinnacle Country Club — Restaurant in Rogers

My wife and I had tickets to the LPGA event on September 27th. While we both thought the course was beautiful and the tournament was entertaining to watch, we were completely turned off by one thing. We wanted to simply look inside the clubhouse and were denied entrance. A long line of people went in but the worker at the entranced refused us admission. We felt like second class citizens due to this interaction. No reason was given but we were simply told "No." I read the news and LGPA officials bemoan the low turnout at these events. Their chief of security at Pinnacle, whos name starts with a 'G' is a complete joke. Very rude and unprofessional to guest and other homeowners (since he lives at the SE gate), camps out, and looks to harass others... Bro, it don't matter if your a former medic, or if ur a polygraph operator, or whatever the heck you said you were, you need to have some accountability. This operation (thanks to you) at Pinnacle is severely lacking. More vehicle break ins than anywhere nearby are happening here. Hire better people Pinnacle, and ditch the good ol boys club...
