This is the 6th time they have played they aren't open. They turn they lights low by 5pm they empty the store and act like they can't answer a customer unless you wait minutes for them to talk on the speaker box. Here's my issues EVERY FN TIME I COME AFTER WORK IS AROUND 5 OR 5:30PM THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE CLOSED. I WAIT CAUSE I NOW KNOW THEIR TRICKS. LIGHTS OFF DOESN'T MEAN CLOSED JUST MEANS THESE FEMALES ARE LAZY NEVER HAD A MALE WORK THAT SHIFT OR AT LEAST SEEN ONE WHEN I COME WHICH IS A FEW TIMES A MONTH. ANYWAY THEY ACT CLOSED TAKE AWHILE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND TAKE EVEN LONGER TO GIVE YOU ONE SIMPLE VANILLA ICED LATTE GRANDE! Go to Safeway or next door to the other Starbucks by Safeway right next to Jack in the box. THESE LAZY FEMALES DON'T WANNA WORK HECK THEN THEIR LIGHTS OFF BUSINESS WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH. YOU FEMALES KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR MONTHS!!!! (OVER A YEAR AND A HALF- TO IS WHEN I STARTED COMING TO THIS FLAKE JOINT) MANAGEMENT EITHER KNOWS AND TEACHES THEM TO PLAY CLOSED OR THE REAL BOSSES ARE CLUELESS AND JUST THINK SALES SLOW AT NIGHT ARE NORMAL?!!! IT'S NOT THEY DO THIS THE ENTIRE YEAR NOT JUST WINTER THEY MADE ME SO IRRITATED THE FIRST TIME IN THE SUMMER THAT'S WHEN I LEARNED THEIR FAKE YOU OUT CLOSED ACT! It’s frustrating bc my account can’t be refunded unless I go through the process of corporate.
