Livvy's Lakeside — Restaurant in Rollin Township

Staff changes from season to season but they all seem to be very friendly and helpful explaining the options etc. Not an overly huge selection and nothing super "fancy" offered. Pretty much just the basics and not over complicated, which is nice. They do offer a few different food / non desert options. Everything has always tasted good and been of correct hot or cold temperatures. Can be crazy busy on weekends, and often has a long wait time. One of 3 ice cream shops in the imediate area. Not a lot of parking available, (but never had a problem finding a spot) and is directly in front of the building and around back on the left side of the building. It's outside ordering only and has several picnic tables to sit at. There is also a porta-potie on the back side of the building for the patrons. Food - ice cream 🍦 was small for the cost; it was gone to 3 minutes. Service - a single person, and they must have been feeling terrible. There is no display of prices. No, Putt Putt was looking forward to watching people play. To the new owners; two people at all times display prices so customers can order better. I will try again later this summer. Have a advertising display out front with special of the day or week, flavor change ups. We used to go to an ice cream place that the prices were rounded up to the $.25 = easier for customers and quicker handling of products, then let the computer take out taxes. Just a thought. This place is a joke. Very expensive and poorly maintained. Went with the family for the mini golf as well and it's trying to do too much for what it is. My wife called the next day to ask about what the price is for mini golf and he told her different prices than what we were charged. He stated that he just did $7,200 in upgrades to the mini golf course but I only saw 9 new 2x4's and a bunch of screws and pieces of metal laying around throughout the course.
