Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rome Township

Alright so one day they forget my apple pies and I was okay with that. I'm a regular customer and too many times they have issues. They're brownies got recalled one night around 7 obviously because the food wasn't dated and timed the right way and corporate came in and saw that. With 3 hours left til close which is almost a full mid shift, they couldn't make anymore? I asked about this and they simply said no. I thought one of the most important things in food service is making the customer happy and have them wanting to come back. This is disappointing, if I'm a paying customer willing to wait til they're done cooking, then cook them up. There's plenty of time. Ordered a pizza and it doesn’t give a option online for a side of banana peppers so when I picked up the pizza I asked for a side of BP well they charged me $1.50 which was fine but they gave me the smallest cup of BP’s didn’t even have enough for the whole pizza. The other Pizza Hut in Barboursville has always gave the side of BP’s in a bag and you definitely get enough for the whole pizza and have never charged me. But to pay a $1.50 for a tiny cup is ridiculous. The pizza was great but was very disappointed for having to pay for BP’s in a tiny cup. Definitely order from the Barboursville Hut as they’re 100x’s better and won’t rip...

We order here all the time and it is hit or miss but I am done giving them another chance. I ordered food to be delivered to my son because I wouldn't be home until late. $30 wasted because it was inedible. The breadsticks were cold, hard and not cut. The pizza was burnt in places but the crust was horrible and not a pan pizza. He tried one piece and said it was funky tasting.
