WORLDS WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEN TO.
THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED EVEN IF DADDY DID BUY IT FOR HER BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE OR KIDS.
We went in the Subway in Walmart on 411 in Rome GA because my Grandson wanted to go there, when we walked up to the counter to order we had to stand there for a while before they would even ask us what we wanted and my Grandson wanted the kids meal that comes in the bag so my grandson picked out the bag he wanted his food in and the Manager told he could not have it, It was hanging on the wall for you to pick the one you wanted along with several other and I ask why and she said it was display only but there was several on the wall and some had two or more of the same thing, So I told my Grandson he could have the one he wanted because she would not let him have it and she got smart and said it was not her it was the rules. When we told her what he wanted to eat we had to repeat our order a few times because she was not paying us any mind at all, Then she ask if my Grandson want yogurt or a Apple or a Cookie with his meal and we said that he wanted Chips and she said he could not have them that it was not a options for kids to have and she got very Smart and Hateful with us and we told her as long as we was paying he could have what he wants. Then she got very Smart about what he could have to drink as well and said he could have Milk or Apple juice and he wanted tea and she said that it was not a Option for kids and that he could not have it. Then she charged us for a Bag of chips extra we did not order or want so I was talking to a Employee of wall mart and ask who the owner was of the Subway and she said that it was the Girls daddy and it would not do any good to call them and file a complaint because Daddy bought her the store and they have had a great deal of people with complaints but it does not...
Read moreEverytime I place an order through the app, my orders are never finished on time. It is becoming very frustrating that I have to wait at the restaurant for my entire order to be completed right in front of me instead of being able to pick up at my order time. This past time, there were 2 employees working. One could have prepared my order while the other prepared the orders of the patrons coming in to order. I should not have to wait nearly 10 minutes while my entire order is being prepared in front of me as if I just ordered inside the store. Once before, I literally had to wait in line just for them to work on my order when my order should have already been completed upon my arrival. This store is so unorganized and should know that the app orders should not be put on hold while in store orders are being placed. I should not have to keep waiting so long to be able to get my order. It seems the same amount of time is used for my app orders and my in store orders because I am always having to wait long after my pick up time to get my orders. It's extremely frustrating and it makes me not even want to order through the app. I should not have to keep waiting when I arrive on time to get my order. They need to know how to handle app orders or call in orders. These orders should not be put on the back burner while ALL in store orders are...
Read morePurchased two meatball subs went home tried to eat them within 30 minutes and the meatballs were hard as rocks I called the store they said I had to supply a receipt and the subs. She didn't provide me with receipt. Now that I think about it she charged me $33 and some change for two subs and she finally refunded $30 and some change so obviously she was probably skimming anyway but why give somebody a hard time over two nasty subs that you know you serve someone and they took 30 minutes out of their day to drive there to bring them back and then 30 minutes back home and then she gave me a hard time about the receipt when she had reprinted the receipt and she had it in her hand and she was giving me a hard time about the receipt even though she had a copy of the receipt in her hand Just trying to get out of doing what is right.
