Every time I come to this location, I am waiting at least 45 - 1 hour to receive our order, regardless of the way I place my order (via drive through, order inside or via app (which I prefer) or the time of day. It's even worse at the busiest times of the day - breakfast, lunch & dinner rush hours! I have never seen more than 2-3 employees there at a time which is ridiculous during rush hours. I don't know if it's due to the lack of staff, availabilities or poor scheduling however, if you know someone looking for employment, please tell them to apply here!
I cannot tell you how many times the manager has had an attitude because they forgot to pack an item or because I quitely reminded them that I was waiting on one more item that I thought they forgot about (because she walks away to perp other orders without saying anything) did she feel she needed rudely inform me of her lack of staff and that she was waiting on the item, usually a drink, to fill. I understand being efficient, don't understand the lack in customer service skills. No matter how many times I say thank you, she never replies.
This location is very convenient for a grab and go for/during a road trip and I have never encountered a rude or impatient (maybe frustrated & tired of waiting) customer, however, maybe I will just start going to Hardee's down the road instead. At least they're friendly and double-check...
Read moreAbout a month ago, my mother and I were coming back from a campot. My mom and I went through the drive-thru at this Mcdonald’s at around midnight. We were greeted by an employee, but when we tried to order, there was complete silence. We sat there for about 20 minutes and we heard nothing. Eventually we decided to pull up to the drive thru window to see what was going on. The first window (where you would pay for your food) was empty. There was no employee at the window. We pulled up to the second window. The worker said that his headset broke. He appeared to be the only person working there at the time. We made our orders. I ordered a 10 piece Chicken McNugget meal with large fries and a root beer. My mom ordered a 10 piece Chicken McNugget meal, including medium fries with no salt and a large iced hazelnut coffee. The enployee said that they didn’t have hazelnut, so my mom ordered a Sprite instead. We paid for the meal and sat there in the car for another 15 minutes. Finally, after what felt like forever, the worker gave us the food and we drove away. The service at this restaurant was so horrible that it actually caused me to lose my appetite. I waited 10-15 minutes before I started to eat my food. The fries tasted extremely salty.
Don’t go to this restaurant, especially when it’s late at night. The service is just plain awful, with long wait times and...
Read moreThe Golden Arches of Disappointment If you’re looking for a place to ruin your appetite, question your life choices, and develop a newfound appreciation for home-cooked meals, look no further than our local McDonald’s. The Bucciffero family has braved these golden arches more times than we care to admit, and each visit is a new episode in the ongoing horror series we call “Fast Food Fiasco.”
The Fragrance: Eau de Regret Imagine walking into a place where the air is thick with the unmistakable aroma of… public restroom. Every time we step inside, we’re greeted by a scent that can only be described as “Eau de Waste Bin.” It’s like the cleaning crew quit in 1997 and never looked back.
The Food: Cold, Questionable, and Possibly Alive The fries are so cold you could use them as ice packs.
The burgers look like they’ve been through a tough negotiation with the microwave and lost.
Chicken nuggets? Let’s just say we’ve seen more appetizing things in the bottom of our shoe.
The Horror Stories Are True We’ve all heard the tales: “Don’t eat there, I found something weird in my McChicken!” or “My soda tasted like mop water!” At first, we thought these were urban legends. Now, after multiple visits, we’re convinced they’re...
