Casey's — Restaurant in Roscoe Township

UPDATE: This Casey’s which is in another state from where I am and live and allowed a person in same town to gain access to my rewards account, change all my info as name and email address so I can’t access, and use all my points on an order that was delivered near by as I know as got the text with the persons first name and address. Contacting police and contacted Casey’s customer support which have not got a response. Unacceptable. If you have reward points and save them up like I do, just don’t as I am sure I will never see my reward points again and hundreds of dollars spent to get them. No more Casey’s for me!

Went to top off gas tank before a weekend trip and used my company debit card which they put a $150.00 hold on. Previously with Casey’s and Mobil the hold would be removed with your real purchase the following day. On this instance it took 9 days for the hold to come off. Not acceptable. Got over 6,000 points still on my rewards but probably going to use and go back to using Mobil exclusively as every one of there holds come off same or next day and not looking to prepay as don’t know the amount my tank...

Recieved a pizza with no toppings just cheese and when I called to get a refund theybstatedbthatbthey recieved the order that way so they put it through. If you knew my name when I called you because it was that outrageous to literally just put cheese on bread why wouldn't you call to confirm. And then say we recieved the order that way so we processed it that way. Fix your app selection to not have the basics not even be on a pizza. Thanks for taking my money easily and not being able to give me my money back for something I had no idea I was ordering. Because I realized it's common sense to include sauce and pepperoni on my order. I wish I could give this you guys not even one star for your half peach emoji customer service and weak...

I hate doing this but I have to rate service one star due to one person that works there. I don't know his name since he wasn't wearing a name badge, but he works the register. He is a heavier set guy with short orangish/blonde hair. I have watched multiple interactions with customers and you can tell he hates his job. He rolls his eyes and sighs whenever he has to interact with anyone. If you hate your job that much find something else to do. I live in Roscoe but honestly will probably just go to the Loves Park/Machesney...
