Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rose Hill

Count on it being 20-30 minutes later than they say. Not thrilled with the fact that they no longer pay delivery drivers, and only use "3rd party delivery services". The upside is the fact that they always deliver to the right place now, instead of me getting a notification that my pizza was dropped off 20 minutes later than planned... and half the time at the wrong address. Then having to get into a literal argument with management (and the driver) about whether it was actually my house that they left the pizza at. Definitely cannot trust any of their projected times. Now it's always 20-30 minutes later than "projected"....but since they seem to wait for the driver to get there to cook it, it's fresher than it's ever been. Just had a projected time of 6:37-6:47, and it was dropped...

Every time I order pizza it is through the app. In the past Iv had them just not deliver my pizza or even call me after placing an order and tell me their driver called in sick and they don’t have any way of delivering my food. Today I ordered a sandwich with Cajun fries. When I received my food I got a bag of Lays chips instead of the Cajun fries. When I called to resolve this issue someone told me “our fryers are down and I’m not sure how you were even able to order the fries”. Instead of correcting the error, they refused to acknowledge the problem and told me “both are sides and cost the exact same amount”. Went for lunch. Thought we would have the salad and pizza buffet. There were 2 other couples in the restaurant and 4 dirty tables. The buffet had pizza that was at least 30 minutes old and there were only 3 choices. There were no desert sticks and although there were bread sticks, no marinara sauce. The salad bar needed to be restocked and the lettuce had quite alot of brown pieces in it. We were seated and then didn't see our server again. Someone else came and checked on us, said they would refresh our drinks and bring us more napkins, never saw her again either. Finished up, didn't bother with seconds as there had been nothing fresh added and paid at the register. Very disappointed and wondering what happened to...
