For the first time in the almost 2 years that we have been going to the Rose Hill Subway, this is the first time that we have been dissatisfied. There were 3 employees working, one that appeared to be a manager, a young lady and a young man. The boy was obviously very new and the "manager" was too concerned about moping the floors and breaking down the drink station (tea and lemonade) to offer him assistance. Upon arriving home we discovered that my husband's steak and cheese sandwich, that was made prior to my arrival as it was an online order, wasn't made correctly The steak was ice cold and items had been added that we didn't choose. Read moreShowed up as a walk-in and was greeted, but that was it. Waited 10 min and was never acknowledged or informed we had to wait till all the online orders were finished before they would take mine and my daughters. I eventually asked and they informed me they had 3 more to make before they would take mine. Maybe I'm old fashioned but walk-ins should always come first or should be worked in between online orders and not be made to wait l. Walking in ensures that my order is correct as I get to watch them make it.

Read moreThe 2 teenagers working in there, both have hair hanging down in their faces, no hats on to make sure no hair falls in your food....they are slow, rude, lack any social skills and acted like me being there to order food was a major inconvenience to them. If customers don't buy your products, you don't get paid! If you don't work, you don't get paid! Be polite and courteous to those who DO work hard and solicit your establishment.
