Comalitos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Rosebud

Upon entering, we weren't expecting much. But once inside, we were greeted by 3 lovely young ladies who were truly happy to see us. Our order was taken by a very sweet girl with a lovely smile, I think she said her name was Lakota. All were very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. The food was very fresh and delicious. I was really impressed with the beef tips. Oh...and their hot sauce. Also incredible. I'm definitely going back. I have to know if this is just a fluke. Because, I've heard from some that their food was about as good as their driveway. This driveway to the take-out window is an off-road enthusiasts dream. More potholes than I could count some big enough to lose a small car in. Seriously though. Their driveway will damage smaller vehicles not built for the all terrain...

This little place has a dirt drive through and 4 (maybe 5) tables, but dont let that prevent you from stopping by for one of their absolutely fantastic specials! Without a doubt, this little gem in the country has the best Mexican food you will find and the best I've had since moving from San Antonio. The salsa is fresh, the mini street tacos were the bomb, and the charro's had me dancing like Charo from The Love Boat!! Superb!
