McDonald's — Restaurant in Rosedale

I'm on the road with a north American tour. Yes I was in McDonald's, but I don't eat fast food. I enjoy a fat juicy rare 4 " thick. Angus steaks. I'm 58, saw a doctor once when I was 12. I'm 6'2" tall. 182 lbs. 14 pounds less than I weighed, when I joined the army in 82 when I was 17. I bought some on sale jeans for work the other day in Burlington. I have a great personality and I'm very social. I look at this girl and say hey check it out! She looked at me. I said all these corn fed towns always has my size jeans on sale, she said what size are they? I said 29" 32's! She kind of lit up. I never eat fast food. Because it's called fast food because it makes you die fast! I've been smoked cigarettes since I was 14. And I work circles around kids half my age. 80+ hours a week. Oh yeah and for you much older people who are younger than I, just keep trusting those doctors! How's that working out for you, bye the way? Normally I don't have too much issues at this location however I brought it to their attention that I wanted a chocolate shake ...and that a 3rd of my large CHOCOLATE shake is purely white.....I didn't want a vanilla shake....they refused to do anything about it and then decided to argue with me saying it's not vanilla it's chocolate...last I checked you can tell the difference in chocolate or vanilla.....you know. Brown or white....like. Seriously. Instead of resolving the issue they just said it comes out the machine like that and then the lady follows me outside giving a customer their order and still fussing at me saying it's not vanilla so I had to yell back at her that you have got to be actually stupid because it's white at the bottom that means it's effing vanilla.

Every other McDonald's I've gone to gives an ENTIRE chocolate shake.

This McDonald's needs to be looked at by corporate or whatever because it's ridiculous. absolutely unacceptable service ignorant staff (aside from two people in there that actually are polite) But there's no way that type of service can...

Came in at 1015 pm 45 min before close, was told they were closed and only taking orders from drive-thru. Rude people who lie to customers so they dont have to work. The manager started getting bitchy for no reason. I pointed out the doors werent locked, I mentioned the hours said they were open till 11pm. Then she said they turned off the registers already. I was paying with card on the kiosk anyway. She sucked through her teeth muttered something in Spanish under her breath then said to just use the drive thru. Not coming back.

Place is always crawling with ants. The employees rather carry on conversations than take orders. Food constantly wrong
