Juice & Berry — Restaurant in Roselle

I've ordered here once, I've gone twice. So far, I love the drinks. Yesterday Saturday 4/13 some time in the morning prolly close to noon, the girls who helped me are so sweet! I came back today cuz I had a really good experience. However, the vibe today 4/14 was a bit strange ever since I asked about the stamp card, "is it per drink?" the girl at the register responded it's per visit. I got 3 drinks today (24oz each) and a toast. I was expecting boba place style, 1 drink = 1 stamp. Ima give you guys that $5 back anyway because I always tip, might not be that much but I try, every time. Pay it forward. That's besides the point now.

I ordered matcha, strawberry and orange. So all 3 drinks came out real colorful. The girls had so much fun and was taking photos of the drink, it was not a quick snap, it was a mini photoshoot where the photographer is directing the girls how to hold the cup and how to place them together.. right in front of my face. I was tryna catch someone's lunch break, which is clearly not their responsibility but to delay it for that? That's pretty irrational in my opinion. This juice bar gets annoyed when you ask them to make juice! No joke...🤣 Great product, I love their juice and smoothies and it's a cute little place by the railroad tracks in Roselle. But you gotta have good service to have long term success.

I'm updating my review from 3 stars to 1 after yet another negative experience, and getting no response back from management. On Juice and Berry's website they mention their "friendly staff". I have had nothing but sighs, eyerolls, and terrible service from this staff. At my last and final visit to this place, they outright refused to make juice for me. Why? Because they were using the juicer to make pre-made, plastic-bottled juice. Which they informed me was my only option for juice. I asked if I could wait until they were finished. The response? "If you want to wait 40 minutes". Horrible and rude service if you ask me. And not a single other customer around. My response? "You're a f$#%&@* juice bar. I have nothing but good things to say about Juice & Berry! Their smoothies, juices, toasts and flat breads were all created by the owner, Alex and she is absolutely wonderful! The inside is gorgeous, clean and modern. The food and drinks are outstanding and there is something for everyone! I have an almond allergy, which I make sure to tell the associates and they are always more than happy to modify my drink (I love the coconut and cinnamon smoothie). I've also had their toasts (avocado toast and caprese) and loved every bite of them! It's in the perfect location, right next to the train station and also Orangetheory (you get 10% off of your total when you show them your OTF band/membership!!)

I love how fresh and tasty all of the ingredients are and it's definitely a great motivator to go to OTF since we can just grab a delicious, healthy smoothie after!
