This was the first time ordering at this place, and our last. First, the guy taking the order over the phone did not know a single thing about the specials they had and how much a large cheese pizza was. He kept on saying "hold on, let me check" for every single thing I asked. I was on the phone with him for 12 minutes just to order a cheese pizza. He said the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, we waited 15 minutes and then headed out to pick it up. We got there and the guy who took my order over the phone was the one at the register. He tells me that the pizza isn't ready yet, (even though we waited 15 minutes and took us 5 minutes to get there because we don't live far from the location). Then he says that he will take it to our car as soon as it was ready. After 20 minutes of waiting in the car, (so that would be 40 minutes in total) we go back inside and we ask him what happened to our pizza and he just pointed to the pizza (which was on the counter) and said that it's been there for a while. When we asked him why if he told us he would bring it to the car, he said because he was busy, even though we had been watching him from our car and he wasn't doing anything the whole time. When we arrived home, (literally 5 minutes later,) the pizza was cold, hard, and burned. I don't recommend this place to absolutely anyone. And I don't give it zero stars because it's not an option. I think Google should start adding "zero"...
Read morePlaced a large delivery order on the app for the following day at 1:30pm. The address the order was suppose to be delivered to was entered in. The app auto generated what store the order would come from. After placing order, I called the store to confirm the delivery and make sure it was all set for next day delivery at 1:30pm. I get a call 2 hours before the scheduled delivery the next day claiming that the order had to be canceled or changed to pick up as the destination was outside of their delivery area. They suggested that I place the order at another restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager on duty as they should have made an exception as it was their system that caused the issue. The manager was very rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic and seemed as though she knew about the issues on the app with their delivery areas. If you knew about the issues, why would you not train your staff to check every delivery order upon receiving the order immediately making sure it can be filled, especially when the customer called to confirm the delivery and was told it was all set! She offered no help or recovery, just said cancel the order or pick it up. I canceled the order and placed a new order with Pizza Hut who’s GM won me over and took an extra 20% off the entire order once he learned of my situation! GREAT JOB PIZZA HUT in Rosenberg Brazo’s town center! I will do all future business there...
Read moreFirst of all, let me start by saying that this is the worst experience i have had period. Racist and Rude manager. I placed an order of 6 pizzas and said i would pick up after 30 mins. They did not prepare my order and asked me to take 1 pizza and come back after 1 or 2 hours to pick up 5 pizzas. Silverstor(Manager) than asked his employee who was from middle eastern origin that “tell your man in your language”!!!! As if i did not speak in english so far!! He slammed the pick up window, I could clearly see in his tone and body language how racist he was. I asked him to refund me the money that they have charged on my card and he said that it will be in my card after 3 days, i asked him to give me receipt for that and again he was really angry that i was asking for something that was obvious. I had few friends coming over so i did not want to spoil my mood, so i went and order pizzas from greatwood Dominos location and in 15 mins pizza was ready!!
This Dominos location is new and i am surprised that dominos management is giving such a horrible customer service! I would not recommend my friends to go to this...
