I ordered a beef and cheddar on a regular bun with no Arby sauce. The cashier put it in as a regular roast beef. When I returned it to the counter, I advised her it had no cheddar on it. Her response was "You said no sauce" The manager, who was helping another guest, told her that no sauce meant no red sauce, not no cheddar. The cashier went back to get a cup of cheddar, said something to the other worker who was making the sandwiches and then they both turned and made a nasty face. The sandwich maker brought up my cup of cheddar, I thanked her and then the cashier came up and said under her breathe, "you said no sauce". This was extremely disrespectful and completely unnecessary. We saw the sign about bringing back potato cakes and that is why we stopped in for lunch. If this is the reception people can expect, your brand will suffer. We will never go back to that location and question whether or not it's ever worth trying another location if that is how your company trains its staff. Highly disappointed at the disrespect over a simple misunderstanding on your...

We saw that the fish sandwich was available and I love them so, Arby's for dinner. We were one of 3 cars there. We were told it'd be a 6 minute wait for the fish. While we waited we watched Taco Bell next door with 15 + cars in their drive-through. They finally brought our meal out and we noticed right away that it wasn't hot. Unfortunately we also missed a missing sandwich. We went back for it and there was no hassle but this sandwich was cold and disappointing too. The fish wasn't fresh, the tiny bit of lettuce on it was yellow and the tarter sauce was scarce. VERY disappointing meal for almost $30. There were many employees (on their phones) with no customers. What were they doing? They sure didn't do their jobs with our meal. If we go back to Arbys ( this is the 2nd time in a row we've had a bad meal at this Arbys) maybe we'll go way out of our way and go to...

I've been to plenty of Arby's in my life and even worked at one a long time ago, but my experience at this location is my last.

My family waited close to 15 minutes for the privelage of being served cold food. When I asked for my money back for the food which was almost completly inedible, I was told I had to wait in the drive through line again, this time for nearly 20 minute, to recieve my refund. The shift supervisor who did the refund never once apologized or expressed any concern about anything.

A final note, I probably could have overlooked the long wait and cold food/rude supervisor, but the girl handling our food had completely inappropriate nails for work as shown in the pictures. This is both unsanitary and a violation of FDA food codes, as was taking the bad food back across the drive thru window.

If you have to have Arby's...

Went on a Sunday evening service was ok. Drive thru was empty.. had the smoke house brisket meal. smoked brisket with crispy onions, cheddar cheese, and smoky BBQ sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Nothing wowing about this but it wasn't bad. Also had the corned beef reuben meal.Marbled rye bread filled with freshly sliced corned beef, melty Swiss Cheese, tangy sauerkraut and creamy Thousand Island dressing.  once again nothing fancy. Was a bit tangy. It's not bad but wouldn't get it again.
