Tried the new BBQ, recommend save your money and find another place. The "Fat Chicken Sandwich" selling at $10 was just a little dry pulled chicken on a hamburger bun with a little bit of "sauce", absolutely NOT worth $10. The "Brisket Plate" $14, had two and a half very small pieces of brisket with a side of Mac and cheese. Tasted ok but not $14 worth. Added an extra side of slaw for $2, wasn't even a quarter cup of slaw. Overly priced for what you get and taste of food.

The ice cream was very good and the waffle cone was made to prevent any leakage for slow ice cream eaters (note: difficult to eat slow due to deliciousness). Tons of flavors, all of which looked great.

Her 8th birthday was the best ever at Lickety Split. Her favorite is vanilla, but mine is Shut Up And Take My Money. You should come try it out, it's fantastic.

Tell the server to get the ear buds out. It looks unprofessional and she can't hear you. I had to tell her 4 times what I wanted and when she told co worker my order, it was still wrong. She proceeded to give me a cone with the ice cream leaning to one side.

The same thing happened to my husband, with the ear buds, she can't hear what people are saying.

After correcting her, she was rude.

We've always enjoyed coming here, but if servers are going to be wearing ear buds, we will be going to Battle Creek...

Drove in from Galesburg tonight around 8:15. First time visit, we won't be going back. There was a sign they were out of waffle cones, they stopped serving food at 7 and they have a fountain pop machine but they are only selling cans. My husband really had a chili cheese dog on his mind so he left dissapointed. My son wasn't in the mood for icecream but wanted a fountain coke. I just made him wait until we got home where we had cans of coke...
