Okay I never write reviews for anything but I need to vent this one. Today I decided to visit Rita's for the first time this year. Took my little sister, she's excited as well. Got a regular twist in a cup and I lie to you not, it looked like she only let the machine run once and stopped. Asked for sprinkles and there was practically nothing on it. The portion size was horrible for something that's almost 4$. I pulled up a picture of last years Rita's, same size only it was a MUCH larger portion. Never going to Rita's again if this is how they're doing their customers. Customer beside me got a full cup for the same price and item. My sister was so disappointed and I was disappointed. Brought one to go for my father as well and even he can't believe the size for the price. Today on April 20th I witnessed two ladies getting fired for no reason but the real reason was racism. This was very very upsetting and unprofessional to fire two young HARD workers in front of customers. I witnessed one of the workers handling things like it has been going on for months. She yelled that the business owners were racist and have not payed them for two months. Recently myself being of other ethnicity, have encountered inappropriate behavior. The girl Tamiya is REDICULOUS! She doesn't smule, doesn't speak, looks at you like she has a problem, talks under her breath and then gets louder when she gets smart with you. She needs to take what appears to be her UNHAPPY behind and go home. Kids excited to get ritas after school and get greeted with grime reaper energy. If I'm not mistaken she worked last summer and had the dame demeanor. Everyone else is so pleasant but not her.
