Update as of 2/26/23-I went back to this location for the first time in forever, and while the staff is MUCH nicer, I just haven't had luck here. I got the wrong order. No big deal. I call once I realize it and let them know that the wrong bags are likely being handed out at the drive thru. The woman who answered was as nice as she could be and took my info to document in a book so that I could get the missing items for free on a return visit. Fine, things happen. I took one sip of my iced latte on the drive home-it tasted off, but I figured maybe it needed mixed better. I stir it at home and take another drink-it was definitely made with sour milk. I wasn't going to call back again, but this location definitely isn't worth returning to. $26 later and the only part that was correct/edible was a dozen donuts, and the one I tried was pretty dry. There is a reason this place has consistently bad reviews. I think they "luck out" because there isn't another Dunkin' remotely close so people continue to return, but order at your own risk.
Old review from 7 years ago-Never had an issue until a visit a few weeks ago. Desirez was taking my order though the drive thru and it was taking me too long bc they were out of the coffee I wanted-so she complains about me with the mic still on. I let her know when I pull up and she informs me that she knew what she was doing and refused to get me the manager. After I did talk to the manager, she (Desirez) yells for me to get out of her drive thru. I never had a bad experience at this location, but this was enough to ensure that I...
Read moreThe donuts are fine. They are what they are although several times dry and not fresh first thing in the morning.
There are a couple of shining star employees. Next time I see them I'll update this review with their names.
This morning was typical for this location (again excluding the two awesome team members I've met). I walked in and no one looked around or welcomed me. I went to the order counter and stood there while about 5 or 6 teen girls chatted with each other about some prom BS. I really think I could have stood there an hour for all they cared.
I finally said "hello, anyone available?"
One of them, now nicknamed surly girl, rolled her eyes and came over. I asked if they had any chocolate croissants... And mentioned the super awesome team member told me yesterday that they had a box of them and they'd be ready for me this morning... Ready on time.
Surly girl went to the back and returned to say "yeah they're in the oven."
I asked how long they would be.
Another roll of the eyes and surly girl went back to the back to ask. She returned to tell me "30 minutes."
I said thanks for nothing since I'm shift work and locked in once I'm at work.
How about some management emphasis on team member roles? Such as, be friendly to the customers?
Final complaint. The parking lot is TERRIBLE. Pot holes that will ruin your car. No clue who the landlord is but every business in there should demand it be repaved.
Not a very...
Read moreThey got one star because they had one employee making coffee and taking orders by herself. While they had four people running drive thru. The two managers (I’m guessing they were managers) were more concerned on changing the trash bags behind the counter instead of catering to the 4-5 people who were standing in line. I felt bad for the one employee that was working the counter busting her butt to get the orders done. All the managers did was yell, “she will be right with you” and proceeded to yell “Where is (employees name)” instead of hopping on register to help her. Shame shame, garbage cans are more important than your customers. One star is for that great employee, the blank ones are for the joke of a store.
UPDATE 1/15/24 Returned here with my 7 and 8 year old. Proceeded to the counter and the guy working there didn’t say a word and grabbed a box and stood there. Asked if he was ready for us and he shook his head yes. So as we were ordering our dozen donuts, we lost count. Asked if we had two left and he stated “you can’t count”. We then asked to speak with a manager and he yells in the restaurant “this girl wants to see a manager because she can’t count”. Then he proceeded to keep bashing us to his co-workers. Completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and embarrassing. This person shouldn’t be working in a customer...
