Dunkin' — Restaurant in Round Lake Beach

I have been to this Dunkin donuts many times and different hours and Oo my. They never have donuts. Like I thought they are a donut place. Everytime I go especially thru the drive thru they never have anything then I go for munchkin and they take my order, well as soon as I get to the register the munchkin disappeared. They say do you want something else but I mean I ask for munchkin...like they ask me to change it so I will work with them and say okay a chocolate long john they say no we only have vanilla. I mean I pay for my food and then the employees there get to pick what they want to sell me. Like seriously, and there excuses are always "we ran out". Like seriously it is the most ironic thing. Especially when your running out at 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Well I guess it's worst when they run...

I came to this Dunkin' Donuts on 5/26 for a dozen donuts and I was disappointed with the quality of the donuts and the service. The cashier helping us did not look professional since his pants were hanging below his butt and his plaid boxers exposed, he had stains on his shirt, he was wiping his nose with his hands, and was grabbing the donuts with his bare fingers and dug his thumb into the first two Boston creme donuts even though he had wax paper in his left hand for selecting donuts.

Lastly, the donuts weren't fresh, they were dry, and were a little smashed. This is the second time this has happened and will not be returning to this...

My daughter and I have been to DD’s all over the place, some good many bad. This particular one has been our favorite for a few years now. They consistently get our order correct, are extremely friendly, and have their drive through system down pat. Occasionally you’ll have to pull around the building to wait for a moment so that others can be taken care of, but the wait time is rarely more than a minute or so. This has become our coffee place and I can’t remember the last time we hit up Starbucks (only a 1/2 mile down the road), due to the better prices, the flavor of the coffee, and the DD app that lets you accrue points for...
