Subway — Restaurant in Round Lake

I'm a disabled person. And i frequent this establishment quite often. And almost as often, I am met with friction by the old man of the establishment.

Today, I ordered a Tuna sandwich, via the app. Towards the end of the interaction we are prompted to add a "note." Mine read "please bake it, thank you sir."

This was a mistake.

When i arrived at the store, I noticed an African American gentleman walked in behind me, after having parked at the opposite end of the lot.

One of the old men behind the register became frustrated with me because he didn't catch the note on the order. I don't know why, as I was perfectly cordial in trying to explain the situation. He then became angry and literally shooed* me away with his hand because I didn't have Google wallet set up and I had to cancel my purchase of 1 cookie.

The other old man seemed infinitely wiser and was completely respectable.

The sandwich is beyond...

Pretty much same as everyone else's reviews. Missing a whole 4 inches of meat of a footlong sandwich. Make sure to bring a measuring tape with you because this guy lies when he says its 12 inches. Got to register and told him I have a coupon. "oh we don't take coupons" no where in the restaurant does it say they don't take coupons. Cashier even admitted to this himself. He argued and refuses to take my coupon so I I told him to throw away the food then since it's cheaper to throw away the meal than give me a coupon. He begrudgingly used my coupon only to lie and give me half off my second sub when my coupon was a full buy one get one free. Save your money and...

Fast and friendly service! The workers are always nice and accommodating - I always get my sandwich stuffed to the brim with spinach (to the point that it's difficult to close and cut!), and they employees are always willing to put in as much as I request.

Several times, like others have said, I have returned home to find a free cookie stashed in the bag with my sandwich! The last time I was there, it was probably 30ish minutes from closing, and I was offered soup for half price!
