HalalBite — Restaurant in Round Rock

This is hands-down one of the best burgers I’ve had in Texas. I went to Halal Bite not expecting much, just another food truck burger, right? Nope. The moment I took that first bite, I knew it was on a different level.

The meat is the real star here. Juicy, well-seasoned, and rich in flavor without being greasy or overly heavy. You can tell it’s quality halal beef, fresh, not frozen, and they smash it just enough to lock in that crispy edge while keeping the inside tender and flavorful. There’s this deep, almost buttery taste to the patty that hits you with every bite, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced, not too salty, not bland. Just right.

And beyond the food, I have to say this: the kindness and warmth of the people running it makes the whole experience even better. The mother and her son who run Halal Bite are some of the most welcoming, down-to-earth people I’ve met. Their communication is clear, their service is fast, and they genuinely care that you enjoy your meal. You don’t feel like just another customer, you feel like a guest.

My sister and I got there pretty late everyone was closing down, so we weren't expecting the best service due to almost closing time. The woman working there I presume was the owner was AMAZING!!! I asked if she was still taking orders and she said yes. I ordered to the OG Smash Burger, drink, and Dubai chocolate cup layered dessert with layers of crispy Kataifi (phyllo pastry), sweet pistachio cream, and fresh strawberries. My sister ordered the chicken burger combo and a drink. It was so delicious every bite of this burger was so juicy. The fries hands down the be best I've ever had. My sister's chicken burger was delicious a little on the spicy side but hey a little spicy isn't going to hurt to anyone. The Dubai chocolate cup... Was the most amazing dessert with the fresh strawberries and pistachios, butter, kataifi and chocolate. I can keep going on, and on about this place. Go see...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Halal food truck, and I couldn't be more impressed! The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I tried the Nashville hot chicken Mac and cheese, and it was bursting with spices and juicy goodness. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable.

The service was exceptional; the owners were friendly, efficient, and genuinely passionate about their food. The cleanliness and presentation also stood out, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Their Dubai chocolate is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend their Dubai Strawberry cup and the Dubai chocolate crepe.
