First time eating at a food truck âcourtâ and it thoroughly surpassed my expectations - despite my initial reservations about eating outdoors in this Texas heat. Spacious shelter, beautiful blue skies, and a friendly vibe with food trucks offering a little bit of everything (eg. halal, Cuban, Mediterranean, etc.). Even better, these jumbo-sized Korean wings made the trek even more memorable as they compare to some of the greats in Korea, utilizing a wet starch batter for an extra crispy crunch that befits a true KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) label while adding some extra flair with their array of international sauces. Honestly, I was taken back by the sheer size of the wings (triple the size of normal bar wings) but, after some thought, it only made sense as weâre in Texas where everything is a little bigger and, in this case, much better. The only caveat that came to mind is the missing pickled cubed radish thatâs a staple with KFC. However, that was quickly remedied by the kind owners who offered me some kimchi they had stashed away for people like me. Being on a low-carb diet, I passed on their various rice offerings but Iâm confident that it would deliciously complement their ginormous wings!

The wings? Massive. Juicy. Crispy. With rich, sticky-sweet Korean sauces that have just the right amount of heat. The portions are no joke â these wings are dinosaur-sized, and you get more than your moneyâs worth.
And donât sleep on the sides. The fries are golden perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. But the real sleeper hit? That Korean cucumber salad. Itâs cool, tangy, and refreshing â the perfect contrast to the rich wings, and honestly, Iâd order a whole tub of it if they let me.
The crew is super friendly, the service is fast, and the vibe is just fun. Whether youâre a die-hard Korean food fan or just wing-curious, Wings Voyage will blow you away.

Read moreI had the chance to try a spot serving Korean wings, and let me just say⌠WOW.
First off, the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She walked us through the menu in detail, patiently answered all our questions, and made the whole experience even better.
Now onto the food: The Wings â Huge, crispy, and so satisfying! If itâs your first time, you can get the sauce on the side (which I highly recommend). I tried the sweet and spicy âGochucuâ sauce, packed with flavor and a surprising smoky kick that I absolutely loved. The Sides â I went with cilantro lime rice and cucumber salad, both fresh and tasty. They paired perfectly with the wings. The Drinks â The strawberry lemonade agua fresca was refreshing, but the standout was the horchata. It tasted 100% authentic, creamy, cinnamon-y goodness in every sip!
I went with family, and we all agreed: weâll definitely be back to explore the other wing flavors. Highly recommend if youâre craving something bold, flavorful, and...
