DO NOT go to this location. Visited today on 10/13/2021 between 5:30-6pm. There are several combos not available and they were marked out to show unavailability. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the number 3 combo meals. Which was the French dip and swiss, fries, and drink. The young man taking order confirmed order and gave me my total of $15 and some change. Which at the combo price of $7.48 each was accurate. So I get my food in a convenience store grocery bag with no receipt. Ask for arby sauce and was told they are out. I said ok and started to drive off. Noticed there are no fries in the bag so I proceed to pull into space and go in. It was then I learn they are out of all sides..PERIOD. Ok so I suppose it happens but then why charge me for full combo price. When I asked about this, the staff member goes to get I guess the manager on duty who instantly begins if you were here earlier you will have to..I cut her off and said I just came through moments ago and explained that I wasn't made aware at the time of order of the no side issue. It was then that the on duty manager got aggressive and stated it was all over the menu they are out of items. I said yes but no where does it say all sides and why charge full combo price. She continued to argue it was clearly on the menu and yet customers standing inside the store were just now realizing with ourh chat here, there were no sides, so apparently not that clear.She stated I was charged only for sandwich and drinks. Without a receipt I would know no different. This establishment had employees handling food without proper gloves or masks. If you are smart stay away from here, you will end up either sick or...
Read moreUpdate: 6/3/22 This location clearly needs some hands-on training. I witnessed a horrible interaction between the staff and a customer ending with the displeased customer leaving and multiple staff members "flipping off" that customer... Right In the drive thru window in full view of the other customers waiting. During this same visit I sat in the same line for over 25min. My food did not warrant even eating it had sat so long. I am appalled that Arby's management continues to let this location exist like this. The staff should be more concerned about doing their job better than acting like white trash hoodlums. When referring to my review from 3yr ago (below) it is clear they have no intention to improve this store {pre or post covid-19}
This location must have a high turnover rate. I've reduced my previous 4 star rating due to poor customer service as well as poor advertising. When you have a product on window signs, the marquee, and the menu board.... And a customer orders it, deliver it! If that is entirely not possible for whatever reasons, offer some type of customer concession to make up for your deficiency. This location did neither, upon ordering the short rib sandwich, I was told that the sandwich was an old promotion that they aren't doing any longer. No offer of a discount, no rationale, just made me feel like I was asking for something obscure. Attached are photos of the "old" promotion.. Customer service is the keynote here, or...
Read moreIt has been a long time since I visited an Arby's, remembering my time at Ft. Sill, OK where I studied COBOL programming wayyy back in 1973 sitting at a table for hours at a time. Many new sandwiches have been introduced (and many to be retracted) since then. My favorite sandwich, however, is the Reuben - now being offered at all (I think) of their locations. An ad on TV prompted me to find reasonably close location to see what their version was like. In short - not great. My Reuben was built by someone with an obvious distain for quality with Thousand Island dressing slopped onto one quarter of one side of bread, sauerkraut on a different quarter, and the meat on yet another quarter - not much of any ingredient I might add. The bread was pretty good but that's the best I can say. Their name reminds you to think "Roast Beef". That sandwich and their really good Hot Ham Sandwich were my favorites back in the 70's. The new stuff is expensive and IMHO, not worth the money. My suggestion - stick with the things you know - you won't be surprised, or...
